I have a chronic kidney disease and it keeps me in bed a lot, in pain. Music is my solace. I think I want this song played at my funeral. With a power point of pictures showing the little moments of my life, raising my girls
You released this song at the perfect point in my life. My kids were little and heard it for the first time when my kids were watching Meet the Robinsons. I was a stay at home mom with 2 littles close together in age and spend a lot of my days just wishing for bedtime because the days were hard. I was worn out and just tying to take one day at a time. I was in the kitchen when the song played and I stopped what I was doing to just listen. You opened my eyes that day. All of a sudden everything was put into perspective it showed me that I had to let the frustration go and just seek joy in the little things with the sweet moments of my kids. My spaghetti boiled over that night and I'm thankful that it did. I sat down to enjoy the rest of the movie and my time with my kiddos snuggling on the couch. I needed it and they needed it. To this date, this song makes me cry and I'm sitting here with memories leaking down my face while I listen. Thank you for writing this song. ❤️
