@bzzrrr1055 they made a post on patreon a few months back that they were putting a pause on k drama reactions. Basically because they tend to be too long and difficult to get on RUclips
The most unexpected part of the season for me was loving the Featherington’s story arc as a family. Portia and Penelope realizing how similar they are, Prudence giving Penelope a sincere compliment, and Phillipa yelling for the release of “the bugs!” I like to think that was her own act of love for Penelope by distracting everyone so it wasn’t awkward and tense after the Whistledown reveal. Plus the butterflies are a perfect symbolism for their family. Honestly I wouldn’t mind a mini Featherington spin off series. Seeing more of Portia’s background or her and the girls somehow getting into hijinks together.
yesss the whole family had grown on me before this season, but s3 definitely made me like them even more. They might be my second favourite set of characters after will and alice mondrich
Tbh I haven’t read the books since the last one came out so I was SUPER confused that I couldn’t remember this happening for Francesca, until I realised they just changed Michael's gender to a woman and I went GAYYY 🎉 😂 although I’m kind of sad how they did it immediately after she married John. She so loved John in the book, she didn’t just immediately flood her bloomers seeing Michael (or Michaela now I guess) so it feels like they did John so dirty, especially since he was so cute and kind this season.
@@mausilwI agree. With one momentary facial expression they completely changed her entire story. I don't mind Michael being a woman (even though that alone makes a big plot point no longer possible) but Michaela should've been the one stunned by meeting Francesca the first time, not the other way around. Francesca and John are supposed to be madly in love. Soul mates. Best friends. I hate the idea of her questioning their relationship almost immediately. I have no problem with Francesca being gay or bi, I just don't want it to be the focus of her story so early on. It belittles her love for John and makes his story so sad, having a wife that secretly wants someone else. I'm really disappointed they've decided to do it like this.
This season was about acceptance, redemption, reconciliation, love, friendship and finding yourself. As the lovely Brits say, Luke and Nicola SMASHED it.
Colin is insecure in his anger because it's not something that comes natural to him. He can be determined and spontaneous but at his core he isn't a man who seeks conflict, he thrives in tenderness. He was angry, betrayed and hurting but working through his emotions and jelousy for her work to try and forgive her and couldn't even sleep too far away!! He might be mad and hurt but the entire time it's very obvious he loves her so much.
Well put. He has a hard time dealing with his anger but he does process and get past it. He doesn’t need his wife to explain his feelings to him like Simon or to yell at someone until he realizes he’s a dummy like Anthony. I thought it was such a good move for him to be crying when he was fighting with her. The only part I felt was wildly out of character is when he accused her of entrapment. It was such a low blow, and to use the actual words he defended her from her mother about - I would have liked that not to happen or for an explicit apology for it.
@@crystalshipley423 I see the entrapment line more about his insecurities than about Penelope, we see in ep. 5 he is so insecure, and If we compare the two scenes it's clearly he doesn't feel that way he said this to Portia an this is before lw reveal and after the reveal we can see how he is starting to doubt everything penelope has tell him until that point, he just needed a reassurance from penelope that she does love him and he never mentioned it again
One of my favourite moments that I didn’t catch until rewatching the season is the look her gives Penelope after she leaves to go to her moms before Francesca’s wedding. You can tell he’s already forgiven her but can’t bring himself to reach out to her yet, and he has such a look of yearning. And then I love that he rereads her letters to him; it’s like he still needs to hear her voice and feel her love, so he finds comfort in her letters. And then it’s really beautiful that reading the letters is what helps him accept Penelope as Lady Whistledown. I loved this season.
Theres a connection between violet saying she barely remembered her name when she met her husband, and Francesca meeting John's cousin where she stumbled over saying her name. I think they might be hinting at something happening between them in the future.
john's speech made me cry aswell 😭such a lovely man i love him and francesca together. i can't wait to see more from them and michaela when francesca's season comes around
The scene where Cressida exposes Pen to her mother gave me chills. Reminded me of another Shondaland show and how in these moments Olivia Pope would have chocked her to death in the living room. 😂😅
Exactly. I am not sure why they are changing characters from the books? The book fans are Brigertons fandoms bread and butter . We love these characters and to change them make them different just for the sake of making g them different seems so foreign.
It could also be Eloise next since being in Scotland gives her an excuse to do what happens in her book. You know, telling Francesca that she's already returning while telling her family that that she will be back later or something like that. But them explicitly mentioning the masquerade ball makes Benedict more likely.
@miss_sugarplum but we haven't seen the death of the one character that starts Eloise's letter writing. I think we will see that next season, maybe she'll have a 'fun time' like Benedict has been having as well. But the main story will be Ben and Sophie!
@@nativenewyorker3144 off screen death. Or the main event of it happens at a distance where you can't tell it isn't the same actor. The rest of it happens inside the character's bedroom and told to us outside through hushed whispers and explanations. There are ways. It can all happen in two scenes, the actor could even come back for that, like a cameo.
I loved this season. Really really loved it. It was so incredibly romantic, but also emotionally layered and really felt real and mature and complex, which made sense for two people who had been friends and navigating a new life together alongside her big secret. Colin's final speech is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard on screen. Lucky to stand by her side and soak up even a little bit of her light - that really got me. Good for you Colin. I also loved the focus on female relationships - Pen and her mother, Pen and Eloise, Violet and Lady Danbury, Pen's sisters, Pen and Genevieve. Lots of lovely dynamics. I've only read this book, but know the plot lines of others, so see where things are going and I think they made it pretty clear who is next so watch this space for that being made official! Nicola & Luke have confirmed they are back for season 4. Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley have said they'll do all they can to return, so I hope there's time in schedules for them to be there even if briefly.
Ending made me cry. Felt so much like the ending of the whole show. I think that shows (at least for me) how important this season and the Polin story were. Also it made me upset that their love story is concluded now. I don't want this couple to "end". Their relationship felt the realest to me though I am a sucker for enemies to lovers stories like S2. As a hobby writer myself these are the stories I write lol. So obsessed with each other, right away being super attracted but fighting it. So I loved their chemistry so much and Anthony is just perfection. Polin felt realer to me though and very well balanced idk. Polin is my favorite
It's the worst one to do this to. The two siblings that cannot be genderbent are Daphne and Francesca, because theirs involve reproducing biologically. This will completely change her story, it won't be the same at all. Do it to Gregory's, that one would work with a genderbend.
Enjoyed your reaction as always! Pen & Colin are my favorites so this is and likely will continue to be my favorite season! I think everyone has their couple that hits different for them and they are mine! And Luke & Nicola are coming back next season and the showrunner said that even with them becoming support characters again they will still have a substantial subplot due to their importance in the show! It’ll also be really nice to see them in their happily ever after era (so more cute silly adoring intimate moments) like we got to see with Kanthony this season. The personal growth they had was necessary to work through LW and now the fully accept themselves, each other, and now love even deeper which makes me happy. & I think that’s the beautiful thing about them being writers the ways they express their love hits on a deeper level to me. I also think being characters who are more emotionally in tuned helps with that too!
Really enjoyed watching your perspective as men. So often, it's believed that women are the only ones who enjoy a romance story. Well, you guys put the story straight. Guys, you do like a bit of romance. You three just proved it. It was a delight and pleasure watching you. You're all just a load of big softies.
The show runner confirmed that Penelope got pregnant during the mirror scene and she was pregnant the whole time. That’s why her son was born around her sisters kids.
I love how every interaction Fran or John has with the other characters show us how much they talk to one another and discuss all their decisions and do all their communicating directly instead of going through Mamas or Anthony or Lady Danbury like all the other couples we've seen- we love direct and healthy communication
Trying to be vague with potential spoilers based on the books. If you caught Eloise/Benedict talking about their mother’s masquerade ball that she’ll be back for in a year, that is when Benedict’s story begins with someone there, so it makes sense that he will be next, since a timeframe is mentioned. If the show goes a different direction, they will probably go with continuing Francesca’s full story, and have Eloise’s story begin on the side since she will be living with her for a year. If I’m not mistaken, Michaela will play a huge part in Francesca’s story as I think they gender swapped her, in the books Michaela is actually Michael, which will be interesting. Books timeline and Netflix’s timeline are quite off from what I remember, so I suppose there’s no real order on who’s story will be next, but I do think they’ll go with Benedict as the main story next season, then season 5 will be Francesca or Eloise. The show runner did say the next season is expected to be out in 2 years which I’m sad about lol, but maybe that’ll give them more time for Francesca or Eloise’s story to make sense if they go with one of them.
Oh interesting. I haven’t read the books but I thought they were going for a lesbian love story with Eloise and Michaela potentially but now based off what you said it sounds like maybe Francesca has an affair with Michaela??? Maybe I’m completely off lmao. Her reaction to meeting her was strange though?
Did you catch when Pen and Colin were talking after the wedding? She took his hands and put them on her belly. That is also “something between them”. Pen was already pregnant.
I love this season, I’d put it right behind season 2 only because I love the magic of Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley together. But story wise I’d say season 3 is my favourite because of the Lady Whistledown drama and the complicated family dynamics in the Featherington household. I connected with the season as a whole more than previous seasons, but I enjoyed Kate and Anthony as a couple more than Penelope and Colin.
We get some real idea of how wealthy they are. Penelope states she has more then 10.000 thats more then 1.5 million US today. Colin states his share of the family money is more than 10,000. But needs his brothers approval to take that much out. Soon again the Bridgertons with so many kids is at least worth 10 million US today.
Colin's share is more than 20,000, as that's what Cressida asks for later and that's what he says he'll need Benedict's approval for (presumably in Anthony's absence).
I really loved this season. There were little things on the production side (makeup and editing) but I really loved watching the main love story. It was so much fun. My favorite personally but it’s also my favorite trope so that might be part of it.
Francesca's story isn't over, but they are changing it. I think Benedict will be next for Season 4. They mention the Masquerade Ball which is important to his story.
Its so messed up so many comments are just blatantly spoiling future bridgerton stuff. I got spoiled on a lot of things because the book fans just dont give a fuck if they ruin things for others.
I'm kinda glad that I get a little spoiled about Francesca story. Because I prefer to be mad now then being crashed watching her season. But I agree with you about spoilers. That's not good.
i agree with yall kate and anthony were the best couple their chemistry is unmatched but im still salty about the fact that we didnt get a wedding or onscreen honeymoon 😭
@@Val-hs3politerally its such a cheap excuse to write them off, its so evident bton production has smth against simone or jonathan, they literally had to pay for their own wrap party whilst the s3 leads get a whole world tour…
Grateful for their impactful scenes even though they were few. They are both very busy with their professional careers and have promised to return next season. As for tour or party, we need to remember the world was still tied up in a pandemic for season 1 and 2.
Pen's letter to the queen and violet was smart, sneaky but smart. * by outing herself she takes cressida's power away. And takes contr*l of the situation. She gets the chance to lessen the d*mage that way. * by doing it publicly she is using the people('s reaction) as a shield. She played on their emotions and buttered up the queen. And by it being public the queen will be less likely to throw the book at her if its judged by the public. She didn't throw the party for her sisters but as a shield for herself. It indirectly is good pr to her sisters/mother and is the solution to her moms problem as well. * telling colin he can annul it also convinced him she didn't entrap him. She gave him the out if he wanted to. Pen knew exactly what she was doing. Probably a good thing or little lord featherington would be a b*sterd. Looking at the ages of the babies I think pen might have gotten pregnant on the sofa. Good thing Pen's s*x ed teacher went to that farm. 😂
With each watch I'm always so impressed with how different this season is from the others. 😂And that's so the point and spirit of the Bridgeton series. 8 children means eight different kinds of ways you can see two people decide they're right for each other. 👫 This season I feel like I've heard a lot more hate than I have ever before. But as I think about how much more it's streaming, the same percent hate is still a lot more people. While I, like many, we're hoping for a slightly steamer end, I love how romantic this season has been❤
Guys I do not think you understand how bad my past week has been and coming back to RUclips to find new bridgerton, tvd, maxton hall as well as new movie reactions has literally saved my mental health. Thank you for doing what you do~ I appreciate you... Love from the president of your South African fanclub 😁
S2 was structured better but S3 is the first one that made me care about this show. Colin and Pen were so beautiful together, I can’t wait to see them being happy in future seasons.
This has been my favorite season so far. ❤ And what ive learned is if theres a random storyline going on in the show that doesnt make sense, its probs just setting up for more in the next season lol
Everyone questions the Mondrick's storyline, I think it was used to bring their son Baron Kent into the story. In previous seasons they have introduced people and scenarios that impact future seasons. Anthony's heartbreak in season 1 and the flashback of his father's death influences his desire to have a loveless marriage thereby pitting sisters against each other. Also the Marina affair was throughout Colin and Penelope's story. Jack Featherington's ruby mine scam last season influenced the baby race between the sisters, the lie about inheriting her money from their aunt, and Porsche's desire for Penelope to marry Debling, with him gone all the time she thought she could control Debling's money through Penelope. I don't know yet how the Mondricks will be used in future seasons but I see that their son is already being linked with the two youngest Bridgertons, and now that Colin's son is Baron Featherington he and Will are going to raise Barons together. Lifting the Mondrick's status in the ton allows them to be invited to all the balls and to throw their own balls. Also, with Colin kicking his rakeish friends to the curb, he now have a married friend his age to associate with. I see Pen and Alice developing a friendship and raising their children together. These are just my take away about what could happen based on previous seasons. The Mondricks are not in any of the books, neither is the Queen, Lord Debling or Lady Arnold. These characters are added to the show to help fill out some of the storylines. It would be boring and a very short season if the only story told each season is the lead characters. The side plots are there to add interest for future seasons. What would Penelope's story be without the Featherington's antics or the Whistledown drama. What would Colin's story be without the Marina drama and the Whistledown angle. I know people come to Bridgerton for the romance, but I, like others, come for the Shondaland drama as the driving force to the romance. What would Season 1 be without Simon and Daphne's baby drama, or Season 2 without the Anthony, Edwina, Kate love triangle, or the Season 3 Colin, Penelope, Eloise and Cressida Whistledown drama. Bridgerton without drama is not Shondaland. People complaining about the unnecessary drama should watch some of Shonda Rhythms other productions, like Queen Charlotte, Gray's Anatomy, How to Get Away With Murder or Scandal. Once people are familiar with the types of productions Shondaland produce they will have a better appreciation for the way Shondaland tells a story. Instead of complaining about what was left out or changed from the books people should watch what is presented, flaws in editing and all, and try to understand the vision of the producers, writers, directors, and actors. They put their blood, sweat and tears into producing something that they are proud to present to the public. I appreciate all their hard work and love this season.❤❤ I also love the open mindedness of this channel and your appreciation of the story that Bridgerton presented this season and I can't wait to see your reactions to Season 4.❤❤❤
& if you think about it since pen had the boy and he is a minor and the Lord Featherington - Colin can manage the Featherington estate for his son til he comes of age giving colin some purpose! The younger son, when will he "enter society".... colin and anthony will be able to bond over their estate duties lol.
@@NisaroGaming I actually got my husband to watch QC with me this week. It was my third time through the whole show. We were both sobbing at the ending! He was hooked.
This is hard....I love Romancing Mr Bridgerton- it's my fave book in the series, with the viscount who loved me, my second fave, but I religiously watched season 2 and haven't done that with season 3 because the split into parts made it so different..so with that being said... considering both the shows and books together, and even though I love Luke Newton, in terms of which one was true to the spirit of the book and where I didn't mind the drama, (and I've read all the Bridgerton series and the Queen Charlotte book), my fave is season 2, season 1 and Queen Charlotte are nearly matched, but season 1 probably comes out just in front as it made me a fan and I just love the music by Kris Bowers. Season 3 is my least favourite and I did enjoy so many moments of it, but I realise part 1 was my fave like 9/10 and part 2 was too imbalanced and it just doesn't touch the book ... probably 6/10...which is probably why I've only rewatched it twice. I also don't think splitting it into two parts worked, and the press tour was too much. I lost count of how many times I rewatched season 2 (I just loved Simone and Jonathan's chemistry together so much and didn't mind the Edwina deamay), and I do love season 1 too... I love both the Duke and Daphne. I guess the lady Whistledown reveal was big....but the carriage scene in the book is superior because Colin still proposes when he finds out she's Lady W and he can't keep his hands off her.... it's a lot more romantic in the book..even if he was angry....he still loved her and wanted her....i think they could have done that in a sexy way...wheras what they did, there just weren't enough Polin moments in part 2 and we didn't get to see Colin properly pursue his dreams after being plagued by this in previous seasons...so I was disappointed with parr 2 and I can finally admit it.
Watching you both, watching the last episode, was very cute. Amazing to see two young guys critiquing the show. Anthony is off staring in films..... Kate too.... thats why they had limited appearance in B . For the cast it takes, 4 mths prep, 4 mths filming for a series. Then 6 mths touring the world promoting the new series. HuGe compliment by the whole show of people.... This was the best series for the leads, as well as new characters, a lot of Benidict, Eloise ect.... Heres to summer 2026 and series ,4 Love from Scotland
I think season 4 is Benedict’s story because Eloise mentioned a masquerade ball whn she was speaking to him towards the end whn they were saying goodbye to each other… in the books a masquerade ball is where Benedict meets Sophie… They Changed Francesca’s story to a queer love story.. her story is not done… she marries twice in the book ‘when he was wicked’
This season is elevated above season 2 for me as a whole, simply because I loved the subplots a lot more. The featheringtons, her sisters and pen’s relationship with her mom, the relationship between Eloise and Pen, Eloise and Colin, the violet and lord Anderson/ lady Danbury situation, Francesca and John, the Cressida and Eloise pairing even, was fun to watch and added depth and character development for these characters we’ve known a while. This season made them feel much more fleshed out than ever before. A lot of season 2 for me aside from Kate and Anthony of course, just wasn’t as good or interesting. So yeah, gotta say this is my favorite season so far. Friends to lovers just hits me in the feels in a different way than any other trope. I genuinely got emotional at many parts throughout!
@@S0LAVELLANHELLsince part of her story requires a biological man, yeah, it is that deep. If they don't produce the real Michael, the story will not be the book at all and they will lose viewers.
I’m going to be honest I’m kinda sad for Cressida’s ending. I didn’t like her that much but I think that she didn’t deserve all the hate she got for this season and the fact that Eloise just abandoned her.
Honestly, I feel like they folded Francesca's story into Colin's season because can you imagine a whole season focusing on just Francesca and John? Can you imagine how boring that season would be? It's a sweet and admirable relationship they have, but it's not exactly TV show fodder.
I felt mixed about this season for sure I think it’s because it felt very whidtkedown focused which makes sense if anything now that the secrets out ut makes me more excited for what’s to come this is always a fun show to watch with you guys really enjoyed the reactions
Did you notice at the 32 minute mark thru to the 30 minute mark, where Penelope put colins hands on her,and then look at his quick reaction. Thanks gents for covering s3 bridgerton season for those who can't afford it. Who can only watch snippets of the season,on RUclips. I'm not 1 of them, but for those, who are in hard times.👋💕🇦🇺
Season 3 is the best season! You can’t beat the history that Pen and Colin have; it made their storyline that much more emotionally impactful. We have seen these characters grow up and find their way to each other. It was beautiful! And Luke and Nicola absolutely knocked it out of the park as the leads. Polin forever!!! ❤❤❤
I'm looking forward to Eloise's season because we've actually MET the guy she marries, but with what we've been shown/told in the show it seems like such a random pairing so most folks won't put it together if they haven't read the books. I'm so curious what they're going to do with that whole situation.
I don’t understand why people like kanthony so much Anthony was awful in season 1 he treated women horribly his mother sister his mistress and in season 2 they tried to let you understand why he is the way that he is because he saw his father die which is awful but his siblings did aswell not the exact moment but right after when their mother was holding him especially the older one Benedict Colin Daphne that was traumatic for them as well but Anthony the one now responsible for them just abandoned them especially with their mother that depressed leaving them by themselves Colin the sensitive kind empathetic person that he is was always asking his mother and siblings how they were ( you can watch it back and see it clearly)and making yokes to lighting the mood and was always listening to them. While Anthony again treated Edwina badly he was going behind her back with her sister even if you like the pairing Kate and Anthony that was horrible he even suggested to be together with Kate after he married Edwina that is not romantic but just toxic the Anthony he is in season 3 I like but in 1/2 was horrible and toxic. I think people just like the pairing and just forget about the characters. People get mad because Colin is sensitive and emotional( Anthony did to)and that he was mad because pen lied to him which had every right too and because he didn’t see her sooner how is that bad he just did not realize it back then and because he slept on the sofa on their honeymoon ( very close to her by the way the house has more rooms) because he sees it as a emotional connection between them and right now he is angry he feels not worthy insecure afraid envious and feels guilty about and that he doesn’t sleep with is far more healthier if a woman was mad at her man and she just slept with him just because it’s their honeymoon would you feel the same. Colin has every to feel the way he feels doesn’t have to man up like people say and besides it’s only 2 weeks and the anger is already gone he is just dealing with the other emotions. I also respect that Penelope lets him have these emotions but also handles his insecurities and lets him know that she loves and that’s what he is good for her that she loves him for just being him( unlike his family has treated him) and that she doesn’t push him and let him come to terms himself that is a healthy relationship. Sammy bates character analysis of Colin bridgeton would make you understand him much better in my opinion and the rakish behavior at the beginning was only because that is how people want him to be remember Anthony saying to him I should have take you to sleep with at much women as possible in season 1 and the reaction he got from people like you much more fun this season but he conveys his feelings in his journal when you listen to his thoughts in the scene in the study( a lot of people miss it because Colin comes in) how can you experience so much intimacy but feel so much distance. Everyone saying he was writing smut but all miss that part and that was he was explaining what he was feeling you could also hear that he is a wonderful writer by the was that was why pen was complicating him on his writing
Thank you both! Love your reactions in general. We book reader know that the mention of the masquerade ball is a huge hint for the main character next season. I would prefer not so much changes from the book but it is what it is. We have 2 years to get over it and looking forward to season 4. Colin/Penelope was my favoutite book, as it is my favourite season as well. The chemistry between the actors is incredible. Although Colin could have made out with Pen sooner imo. I needed more sweet scenes between them, not only the problematic ones. Overall I'm more than happy over the outcome of Lady Whistledown andxthe plotlines in general. And that Polin is happy ever after now. I rank the shows season 3, Queen Charlotte, 1 and 2. I adore Kate/Anthony in season 3 more than in season 2. I was frustrated about Anthony/Kate a lot in S02 because it took them this much to get together. Plus we got not to see the wedding which is very sad. I like it that Violet is giving another chance of love maybe.... and I really liked the conversarion between Lady Danbury and Penelope on the end. In the book they are having a friendship so I welcomed that little moment. We will see what the life will be after the reveal for Penelope and Polin in season 4 I'm sure. And it's nice that they have the next Lord Featherington.
Its just so weird that Daphne is not at the Weddings of her bro/sis this season. And no explenation as well. So i hope we dont see something similar with colin etc. in the future.
I AGREE, Season 2/ Anthony and Kate are forever my #1! Their chemistry and compatibility are impossible to beat! Their scenes this season were also my favorite of the whole season.
This is not Francesca’s season she ends up getting married again to Michael in the books but I guess the new show runner decided to gender swap now it’s Michaela 😶
The amount of hate people have shown for this season is astounding. I'm usually all for adaptations sticking as closely to the books as possible. But some of the changes made for Bridgerton are for the better.
Francesca is supposed to meet her future husband/ love interest Michael Stirling at her engagement party in the books. Michael is John's cousin. The show changed the gender to Michaela Stirling which has caused an internet divide.
You guys need to remember all the crap that Lady Whistledown wrote about the royal family in Queen Charlotte. That is why the Queen is so upset at Lady Whistledown. She just keeps taking jabs at her.
Pardon me, I'm going around requesting people to watch the series Sweet Tooth, because I really enjoyed the third season but I noticed no one had uploaded a reaction for the season finale. I was disappointed so I hope you could check out the show since I found that many stopped watching after the first season.. Thank you!
28:42 Eloise waved with 4 fingers in this scene just like Anthony flipping from 3 to 4 fingers at the end of season 2. I'm hoping this means she's season 4.
I feel like Francesca was taken back because he didn’t inform his cousin who his new wife was. Like he actually said nothing at all. He should’ve been the one to introduce them 🤷🏽♀️

I think Anthony and Kate are confirmed to return for season 4 along with Colin and Penelope so we thankfully still have more time with them!

This season was about acceptance, redemption, reconciliation, love, friendship and finding yourself. As the lovely Brits say, Luke and Nicola SMASHED it.
Eloise and Bennedict have been sharing the swing scene in every season now 😭
Colin is insecure in his anger because it's not something that comes natural to him.
Right? In a house full of other rooms, he couldn’t even leave their bedroom 😂
@@crystalshipley423thats because Marina did that to him. He already thinks he brings nothing to the table so why does she want him
@@crystalshipley423 I see the entrapment line more about his insecurities than about Penelope, we see in ep.
10:15 I love this scene between Lady Danbury and Violet. They are such mature and classy friends. 💛
Friendship Goals for sure.
Well...
About that... on multiple levels... *sigh* Poor John. And poor Michaela, honestly.
@@em8066 i'm almost dreading it
The scene where Cressida exposes Pen to her mother gave me chills. Reminded me of another Shondaland show and how in these moments Olivia Pope would have chocked her to death in the living room. 😂😅
“What was that?”
Me, yelling at my TV: “GAY PANIC!” 😂🏳️🌈
im so gay im not used to people not immediately clocking gay panic lmao frannie is one of us fellas 🏳🌈 !!!
Not supposed to be though
Exactly. I am not sure why they are changing characters from the books? The book fans are Brigertons fandoms bread and butter . We love these characters and to change them make them different just for the sake of making g them different seems so foreign.
hahahahah omg, right??? it was so obvious!!
I don't think they've stuck to the books that accurately anyway. Also the books are kinda toxic aren't they
@roxysdg334 Actually, we're a small percentage.
Benedict should in fact be next since his story kicks off with the masquerade ball Eloise mentioned in the end.
@@mamaseesa3122 Tbf the actor for that character has quit the show so they’re probably trying to figure out a way to rework it

This was my favorite season by far though I wished we had more of pen and Colin. Now we have to wait like 2 years for the next season 😅
Yes, there's a ton more to Francesca's story. This is merely the prelude. ;)
this was not frans season! this is just the begiining of her story
And they've decided to flip her story on its head.

It's the worst one to do this to. The two siblings that cannot be genderbent are Daphne and Francesca, because theirs involve reproducing biologically. This will completely change her story, it won't be the same at all. Do it to Gregory's, that one would work with a genderbend.
@@7dream4lifeI don't like liver.
This is my favorite season
I love how every interaction Fran or John has with the other characters show us how much they talk to one another and discuss all their decisions and do all their communicating directly instead of going through Mamas or Anthony or Lady Danbury like all the other couples we've seen- we love direct and healthy communication
10000+ pounds in that time- Pen is a millionaire with inflation.
You guys do great reactions. This was my favorite season so far of Bridgerton.
I'm not sure your spoilers were merely vague 🤷♀️
@@SubKween honestly 😭 might as well tell the whole summary /lh
I love that finale so bloody much! It was truly perfect. And i'm glad you guys get it how Colin was feeling.
It’s so obvious yall never read the books and I love that because of all y’all’s shocked and confused faces to things 😂
Rob’s comment that he wakes up looking like Gollum was pure gold. 🤣
The Prince Charming jacket is adorable ☺
Mixed feelings on season 3, but I have to say, I did get chills when she signed off and said her name as Penelope Bridgerton.
I really loved this season. There were little things on the production side (makeup and editing) but I really loved watching the main love story. It was so much fun. My favorite personally but it’s also my favorite trope so that might be part of it.
I have binged all of your season 3 episodes today! 😂
The books have been out for 20 years. I think spoilers can be assumed at that point.
@seanmegan1278 that does not matter. it's very clear the boys have not read the books, so that's just being a dick

They don't read the books! Please don't spoil thing!

I think season 4 is Benedict’s story because Eloise mentioned a masquerade ball whn she was speaking to him towards the end whn they were saying goodbye to each other… in the books a masquerade ball is where Benedict meets Sophie…
They Changed Francesca’s story to a queer love story.. her story is not done… she marries twice in the book ‘when he was wicked’
For sure my favorite season loved your reactions!
20:11 £10 pounds then is like £1,000 now! And £10,000 is like 1 million

Season 3 is the best season! You can’t beat the history that Pen and Colin have; it made their storyline that much more emotionally impactful. Philippa is the cutest patiootie 😭 🦋
I'm looking forward to Eloise's season because we've actually MET the guy she marries, but with what we've been shown/told in the show it seems like such a random pairing so most folks won't put it together if they haven't read the books. I'm so curious what they're going to do with that whole situation.
Penelope could have done a lot of bad things with Lady Whistledown but if there hadn't been Daphe, and Colin would have married the wrong people.
The dark marks on Cressida’s mother’s arm in the previous video were IMO bruises from her husband not ink, they looked purple to me
That’s what I thought too
No , it was implying she was the one who wrote the fake colon
Francesca's season is still to come.😊
People complained about the love confessions but it’s not one liners this season. Both Colin & Pen’s confessions to each other are full paragraphs 😭😭
Prudence dates Lord Debling IRL & Philippa dates Benedict IRL.
Francesca is supposed to meet her future husband/ love interest Michael Stirling at her engagement party in the books. Michael is John's cousin. The show changed the gender to Michaela Stirling which has caused an internet divide.
I think Benedict story is next because I don’t know at this point what other storyline they can give him.
Sleep with 4, sleep only with men 😂
Love the reaction and I love y’all but I’m really missing Zuff! Hope he’s doing okay ❤
This is my favorite season and couple
I think that further down the road Will's son will match with Hyacinth Bridgerton.
yeah, i feel like they sorta hinted at it when she first met lord kent
I feel like Francesca was taken back because he didn’t inform his cousin who his new wife was. Like he actually said nothing at all. He should’ve been the one to introduce them 🤷🏽♀️
