On my 2012 RZR 900 xp4 I had a no start issue. Pulled the line going to the injectors and there was very little fuel flow coming out when cycling the key on and off. So I proceeded to pull the fuel pump from the tank to change it and noticed that the little hard plastic fuel line that runs from the pump up to the white plastic mounting flange was cracked nearly in half in one spot. Removed it using a razor knife and replaced with some submersible rubber fuel line and the RZR is back to running like new.
I have a 2020 polaris rzr 1000 xp. My fuel tank access looks different than my 2014 model. Do you have a video on how to change the pump on a 2020 model? Thanks. Dale

How to replace the fuel filter
Where is the fuel filter?
The fuel filter is attached to the bottom of the fuel pump module, next to the blue plastic piece. You can see it at 3:44 in this video.

Dosent it have to be twerked down to about 70 ft pounds? Could be wrong. Anybody care to inform me please?
He says 70 foot pounds in the video. But I can't get 70 with oil filter pliers but as long as it doesn't leak
