Garmin customer service is the worst...and with tech watches. That's important...my fenix screen died after only 3 years and they could care less. Now I have a $1000.00 paperweight.
Indeed, in some photos, it looks like a plastic toy watch. In that respect, it is truly a Chinese product. Just like Chinese cars with too many spoilers. Personally, I think it looks OK, and I'm curious about the difference with the ticwatch pro 5 Atlas. (also Chineze). Not having a speaker, I think is a big point of criticism
