I got a Tsume a couple of weeks ago and I have not stopped carrying it. You are right the bottle rockets did look a bit blocky but after watching your review I definitely need that hawk bill. Great review!
These are really cool, but im a T-Kell fanboy and love my Agent 003 in 80crv2 in od green grips with a grenade style texture bird head hooked handle and black lashing screws with a T1C Nickel Boron coating that bonds with the steel. I'll probably get the 002 (wharncliff version) in AEB-L next. ✌️✨️🔥✨️🇺🇸
Question for you, I bought a BW knives from your recommendation, really liked it, and the sheath is good too. Just bought a Watchman knives Kliff, and the sheath doesn’t come with a clip. I really like the discreet carry clips, but on the webpage they don’t come with hardware. Do you know what hardware is needed?…thanks.
Hey there, glad you like the BW! I'm actually not familiar with Watchman but I'll check it out. In terms of what hardware you need, you can use any kind of chigaco screw style hardware similar to what you would use with a soft loop, RCS clip, etc. If you google "holster clip hardware" you should get some good results
Looks like they're all very nice knives indeed. However, when you describe the grind/ blade profile on the Karl as a "flat grind", I don't think that's really accurate. Ok, the grind is flat as opposed to a convex or a hollow type of grind, but what's normally labeled as "flat grind" is when it's a perfectly even angel from the edge all the way up to the spine, e.g. like on typical skinning or kitchen type knives. The Karl's profile is more like what's usually called "scandi grind with a tiny secondary edge" or "sabre grind".
I guess you could consider it a saber grind (which can technically be flat or hollow ground) but its definitely not a scandi grind. A sabre grind is any hollow or flat grind that doesn't cover the entire width of the blade, a scandi grind is a short flat grind which does not have a secondary bevel. These knives have flat ground blades with secondary bevels. What you're describing as a flat grind that goes "from edge to spine" is a called full flat grind.
@@justified_edc I apologize for not being 100% accurate myself. What you said in your polite reply is absolutely correct, and I think we both can safely agree to the correct use of terms here! 👌
Haha I cost myself a lot of money too. I will for sure do an updated long term review on the Tsume, its currently off visiting Offensive Industries for a deep carry sheath 😁

Glad to hear you’re liking your Tsume as well! The bottle rocket handle really surprised me 👏🏼
I’ve been waiting on a review of these knives, think I’ll buy one now. Thanks for the review!
Glad to put them on video for ya!
Great video! I love the "Karl."
Thanks man! I've got the Karl Jr headed to me soon for review as well 👀

@@jason420jv1 I’ve neve really been interested in any of their designs but I’d be open to reviewing something from them if enough people wanted it

@@justified_edc awesome, appreciate the info. The knife I bought is from Wachtman Knife & Tool, definitely worth checking out👍
SWEET
Thanks for watching!
Great review. Nice collection brother.
Much appreciated, thanks for watching!
I got myself a Karl and Runt XL, now I'm not sure which Bottle Rocket to get. I'm leaning towards the hawkbill because of the OI sheathe.
The hawkbill was probably my favorite but you cant really go wrong with any of them 👊
Looking at a karl jnr for my small paws 😂
I feel ya lol the Karl Jr definitely fits my hand better. I have another video where I go over the Jr if you want to check that out 👊🏼
@justified_edc I will do bro cheers 🍻
Is this the karl or the thick karl?
I believe this is the standard size

@@AchselFord thanks for commenting, it definitely made me go back and make sure what I said was accurate 😅
Way too expensive for my pocket.
They’re definitely not for everyone
I may have to unsubscribe from your channel, your costing me way too much money😀…can you do an update in the future on the Tsume.

@@justified_edc thanks 👍👍👍
Those knives look weird…….😅😂
They’re definitely unique, what about them is weird to you?
