Dont think he knows there used to be a company in the UK in Birmingham called "The Fiero Factory". All they did was Fiero conversions, so they probably did this. I had 2 Fiero's, a Formula and a Notchie GT. Both of them the original 2.8 V6. The GT was tuned to about 180bhp which actually was enough for that little car. Was huge fun !!. Just dont see Fiero's anymore in the UK. Used to be loads after all the US air bases closed down and the cars were left behind.

Sam always leaves us smiling. This is my favorite story of his. He is so genuinely pumped for the outcomes. Awesome.
"It" doesn't get any better than this story here, man! I was in a not very good mood (found out late in the day that I had to pick up my kids from school when I was planning on some much need solo chill time) but this turned my frown upside down! So many quotable lines made up of gorgeous and unique English slang had me busting out throughout! I know there have been many a great story told here but this has to be placed way up at the top. Perhaps within reach of Rabbit's story about the guy whose first plane trip was on a plane he owned. Gonna be watching this again!
Usually fake/ replica is better if you get good part & create by car guys (handle & tuned better). The most importantly they didn't scare to beat the hell out of it 😂
The Pontiac Fiero is a highly versatile platform. They also stop overheating if you install an all-aluminum radiator.

I had watched the videos about the car a few months ago, but had not really noticed the tiny doors until he pointed them out. When I saw it before I thought that the frame was extended. I did see a project that was using a 308and F40 parts that I thought was going to be just as good as the original, but the fiero kits are not my thing. I think that if I was going to try to build a replica I would probably use a Toyota Mr2.
Objectively, a new z06 is probably better than a f40. But that doesn’t make it better than a f40

I get the kit car but I was lucky enough to see a real f40 actually being driven in my childhood. I live outside branson Missouri and people would come down from Springfield for the corners from reeds spring to galena, across crossroads and out to cape fair... There is a local judge that drives a brown Porsche and behind him was the most insane thing I had ever seen accelerating away from me on the straight stretch in front of my childhood home. Nothing sounded like that. Nothing looked like that. I know I will never have anything like that, but sure is cool when somebody without the clout gets into the party.
