Hi Keith, I always go searching for amazing deals to post on RUclips. From recording to posting is typically around 3-5 days. So there will be homes that sometimes sell within that timeframe but I do make sure that the home I show has the same floor plan just on different lots. It just so happens good deals in Ocala move very fast, but if someone is interested in making a move I can get them the new listings that are going live in Ocala.
