Comparing electricity supply from the previous government to the current government is like day and night. Since I visit Freetown every year from the U.S, I want the President to know the truth. Before his government came to power electricity was more readily available where I live on Pademba Road. Since his government came to power, electricity has become a luxury for most of the city of Freetown. Some times the power that is supplied is not strong enough to keep the lights on let alone an air conditioner. They are feeding him lies. EDSA is one of the most corrupt department, after the police in that country. You want a meter, you have to bribe an amount double the price of the meter and you will not get it. Connecting a new house to the grid, one will have to pay one of them up to Le250 million which goes in their pockets. Don’t target the poor users of electricity, these people pay for a service that they don’t get. Target the employees of EDSA and jail the corrupt ones, and you will see a change in the electricity supply in Freetown.
Lights, Water, good Schools, good Hospitals, good Roads, etc. If the President Maada Bio can tackle this things he will win the next election period☝🏿✌🏼😁
The issue here is about integrity and honesty. The president of a nation can not make a public declaration in parliament that there is sufficient electricity in the capital when it is not borne out by the evidence. The evidence is damning. The citizens deserve better.
A lot of people are complaining and comparing the APC and the SLPP Government. But they said that the APC is better then the SLPP according to them.🤷♂️🤷🏼♀️
Why don't you interview about the rice and flour reduction, Lungi bridge to know how the people reations. You always ask and answer the questions at the same time. The people of Sierra Leone have to put more patient and work together with the goverment not only to destroy and talk bad things about the goverment.
