No, they dont, they just accept that all the shit around them breaks all the time and that they need to go to some old dude in a shed that rewelds their brand new things with equally crappy tackwelds and in best case paints the weld with a similar colour, it's what keeps their crappy economy going....

In a impoverished nation and have the locals work for the bare wage .probably 5 cents an hour but their this no guarantee that the product. Made will be durable or safe.
Very interesting manufacturing process. We can see how a sheet metal is worked into the basic body of a motor-tricycle. We can see a a metal rectangular tube being bent into a certain serpentine pattern to make the frame of the vehicle. The process is more craftsmen focus. Very revealing video on the assembly process. Stick welding mounting brackets onto sheet steel? Spot welding would have been better but a MIG welder is still way better than stick welding. Edit: good to see a MIG welder being used to join body panels later though!
This Pakistani workshop seems a bit cleaner and organized than what we are used to seeing. Shower shoes and hot metal? This place is still grim compared to Western standards or in China and Japan.

That's main issue is the terribly underpowered engines used. High loads and lack maintenance lead to very noisy and polluting machines. At a minimum they should use a 500cc twin cylinder engine.
