Never thought I would live in a world where Dark Bargain is a playable card
I'm not sure he get enough love for this, but it's always helpful for me when Martian takes some actual time and effort to explain why his decks are built the way they are. A lot of creators stop short at "the card doesn't fit in the deck", but the fact that he took the time to not only explain why, specifically, new Cho'gall didn't make the cut, but also giving some insight into where it would work is very helpful for lil dumdums like me who struggle with the deckbuilding process

@@MartianBuuhonestly, dont be afraid to voice your concerns/gripes with how much of a trainwreck this set is; Blizz is caught in a weird halfway point between having too many yes men/people who just don't care that much in their team, and a lot of negative incoherent screaming from their playerbase(for the love of god don't check their official forums)
So having someone who has a platform, relevant experience AND the ability to articulate and drive a point without making Zeddy-tier tabloid headlines is worth gold
Choosing when and if I voice my criticisms is part of how I express myself. The only thing wrong with this set is that I was led to expect something that it isn’t, it is however very cool for what it is. When I was doing my review I wanted to focus on how excited I was for the product we received, but I’m not afraid to say separately that I’m let down that we didn’t get the product we were expecting, which is why you see me talking about it in this video.

Dark bargin is certainly the best card that discards 2 cards and destroys 2 enemy minions

Hey Martian! I just wanna say that you are by far the most underrated HS content creator. You are funny, positive, friendly, a good player, you interact well with chat, you explain stuff and you also play fun decks! Keep up the great work - I really believe you should have way more subs/followers
The biggest sadness of getting the kruul buff is since he got buffed this way, he probably will not get touched again, whereas if he didn't get touched there'd be hope in the future.
Unless they reaaaaally wanna push him in twist if he underperforms

Yeah the “buff” to Krul the Unshackled is like getting a $0.01 tip. It’s more insulting than just getting nothing at all.
I feel it would be really cool and thematic if the discard quest portal actually got put into play if you discarded it

Classic pack only gives cards from the original set, Standard pack gives cards from all sets legal in Standard.

I think it's completely fine to show disappointment in the "wild" changes. If the restaurant you're eating at serves you shit on a plate, that does not mean you have to take it with a smile on your face.
I don’t think they did, its more like I ordered a cheeseburger and they brought me a tuna melt. Tuna melt good, and Id have been in the mood for it if thats what I was expecting, but I was told a cheeseburger was coming.
And its not like Im pretending to be happy about something Im not happy about, Im mostly happy and I don’t want disproportionate venting to make it seem like Im not.

Targeted discard pretty strong, might change a lot. Might work Librarians in as well. Would look at Felstalkers, definitely cut the troll.

Honestly I'd really like some normal even warrior gameplay, the winning of video games was a good video.
Personally would've liked to have seen Kruul changed to summon copies, rather than just summoning them from hand.

wild needs a complete overhaul to be good again, a set specific for wild would need to be made of completely broken cards to be viable and would make wild even worse than it is already, seriously wild needs only nerfs, like 40 cards at least to slow down everything a bit and make decks that have cards that cost 5 or more playable. in the current state no cards with chtun noth or simialr is playable even if they were like 7 mana

I understand why Blizzard would focus on their new and shiny thing (Twist), but it is a bit disheartening how easy it would have been to throw Wild a bone as well. Hopefully the new cards will shake things up at least.
Anyway, thanks for trying to be positive and entertaining. Can't count how many content creators I was forced to drop, because their constant toxicity was ruining my free time.
I think Wild definitely got thrown a bone. Some of the buffs are cool, I think a good bit of the new cards are going to be very relevant, and they made a lot of signature art for this thats not even usable in Twist. But yeah its a shame it wasnt the focus. Im really excited for Twist though.

So far, I am 20-0 with this deck, but only Gold 5 atm. The deck is really fun and usually wins on turn 4-5. I usually don't play wild, but I might try to climb with this, until something gets nerfed. Thanks for the deck, and keep up the excellent work.

Actually don't mind the league of explorers signatures. The old gods look ugly though, not sure how or why people like the look of those over the originals.
