I personally would not be able to finish even 1 lap l. This was intense and fun. I’m soooo amateur in Racings specially GT7 to comment about this, But was thinking if you would have use cockpit view or some sort of rear mirror, you would notice his distance and position and intention or at least you would Have taken inside line to block him. But all and all, having multiplayer experiences free of toxicity and completely fair, is a utopian fantasy.

That Dane is known for driving dirty, and I believe he is the same guy who did a pit maneuver in the nordic masters race series as well.
Amazing side to side racking there, and a real shame about getting pushed off - no excuse for that, he had plenty of room from what I could see.
Happens all the time and I am sick of it.
You could at least show what happened, it could be a driving error that forced him off track 😵💫🧐
It's when he got pushed off at 10:35, eventually resulting in the guy doing the pushing ending up in first since the guy already in first went off on his own.

@@Darkside_C7 - No. Rory took a shit racing line and couldn't make use of the slipstream afterwards due to a bad strategy of using soft tyres first. Puler played that perfectly and took advantage of both his racing line and lack of grip.

I think you could have taken the inside line to (try) prevent the second guy from overtaking you and subsequently pushing you off. My 2 cents.
Yea he was getting 2:17 on softs solo && the other guys were on the softs when he was on mediums. He should never win that in A+ lobby

I'm a second faster in the race overall if I run M to lap 3 then S to the end. If I do M to lap 4 then S to the end I'm slower. 3 laps M then 5 laps S is fastest
I haven’t played GT in many years. And yes I played GT1 when it first came out, then when the Xbox came out I just stuck with that. Always loved racing and I’ve mainly been on pc. I’ve always played the new Forza games as they have come out and I’m loving the new Motorsport. Now thx to your channel I’m finally heading back to some GT. Well as soon as I buy a Logitech dd as it’s a real struggle to get fanatec here in NZ, and buy myself a PlayStation.

Yeah the SR system isn’t very good. I got punted in the back at the second corner on Red Bull Ring so I went straight into the car in front. Of no fault of my own I suddenly had damage in both rear and front of the car, and my SR went from maxed to almost empty gauge. Still S but just. And also, as a high C/S driver atm I’m facing a lot of B drivers with SR C, what’s that about??

Cars drive so flat, looks terrible. Whether it's under heavy braking, around corners or accelerating. Looks as if they had no suspension. That single aspect hasn't evolved since GT1. Time to get up to speed with your physics engine, Polyphony, You're severely lagging behind the competition.

Wasn't nice, but door was left open, he went in and in that corner you automatically drift to the outside. Yes, he could have left space. Yes, it wasn't nice. But he was on the faster tyres, can break later and door was open. Racing incidents happen and i do not understand that title... I mean i expected carnage. Not just a young Verstappen maneuver. Just my opinion.... Why not just call it "Close Racing at Spa and a borderline maneuver deciding about the win". Or something less clickbait style.

It’s a game it’s not real who cares so somebody played dirty online. You can expect that to happen. pretty funny you’re making a video about not being fair. when it’s just a game. If you want Fairplay ? Then play against the computer. Because they are predictable and they’re Fairplay 😅
That was a great race. 1 guy got a tad too aggressive on a dive, but that happens irl racing all the time, the only difference is he doesn’t have to worry about getting punched in the pits afterwards.
I'm thinking that was more of a racing incident than being pushed off. The Ford clearly was less experienced and likely the that other Supra. My question is regarding tires: did everyone have to use two compounds? If not, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have gone with soft on second stint when you went more than half in the first. Great racing though. I appreciate your fine form.

Ahh man as bad as that was its pretty well much the norm in gt7. Yesterdays evening races in A rated DR was possibly the worst ive been in. Real proper full on destruction derby stuff. Felt quite fed up and has put me off racing today. What is it Alonzo said several years ago stuck in the mid pack " I can't race with these idiots" and they were F1 drivers
If i accidently board a guy or spin him out in last couple turns when he likely had the win in the bag. If there is a big enough gap to let him take first in giving it to him. It's earned in my opinion.

Question : at the pit stop, why did he choose medium tires instead of softs? Wouldn't the soft be better for only 3 remaining laps?
Exactly my thinking too. There isn’t a rule that both compounds must be used
you can see over the mediums when he enters the pit it says 'mandatory tyres' so he had to switch compound

ok as a new driver to gt7 im failing to see what you were talking about and never heard it explained what you are saying needs to be stopped.
I mean it was aggressive but he has the right to do that and it wasn't your best move to go off the track and try to stay next to him, if he's on the inside you're better to let off the throttle and slot back behind instead of trying to stay next to him.

I was winning a race and on the last corner I got sent to the shadow realm I hate drives that cannot actually drive and use all the dirty tricks
I also was about to win my second Race today and guess what? In the last corner He pusher me from behind... I defended the last 3 rounds with middle tires....

Rn as it stands for gt physics to be most realistic sensitivity should be set to 5

This crap has been happening all week at RedBull.. The penalty ratings are so high for a track with so much personal space. With that said,, The intentional B.S is disgusting. The cheap dive bombing by other drivers is not needed. It's as if some of these idiots have never watched a race before and have zero understanding about maintaining pace as well as respectful driving. N.E ways.. That was my rant.
Don't watch too often but dropped yah a sub to support a fellow Brit, Don't own GT but was a fun race to watch, top notch driving.

Nice work Rory as usual. I'm getting a little bit tired of sports mode. There's a dude in C driver rating race's that will get up next to you and will try to push you off track sideways with no penalty gained. I can't remember his ID however I'll keep an eye out for him and report back. It's not sour grapes On my part as I have seen him do it on multiple occasions. Update 1.40 is the only thing keeping me interested at the moment. Keep up the great work.👍

it happens to me every single race, ppl instantly go for a tiny bit of light but they forget about speed they go, increased braking line and for sure they don't care about another person.

The race settings obviously call for both compounds to be used during the race. If you look when he comes into the pits, it says 'mandatory' above the mediums.
