Everything is gorgeous except that horrid step up into the media room on the 2nd floor.

This is a beautiful, well thought out home. I really like the upstairs master suite with views of the front and rear of the house. I would like to have seen a second stairwell for safety reasons, but that's about it. Great job.
Been to France 100’s of times and never seen a house that looked like that.

I’ve watched dozens, maybe hundreds of videos now of modern house builds in search of a solid contractor. This is by far one of the best builds.

@@mwood341 Maryland would be too far for us, and would also increase our expenses as we would have to bring our crew over their for the whole work week and continually drive back and forth....sorry!

Don't see the price so I am guessing... .from the fit and finish with the type of windows used .... this has to be around 2.6 - 3.6Ms... saying that large of a swing because I am not sure of its exact location... LOL
This custom home was a custom order for a client and is not for sale, and your guess about the price range is not off. The picture-style windows were ordered from Europe!
Beautiful home. I just really don’t like the low doorways in the upstairs rooms. Such a shame with the high ceilings too.

Beautiful home love the openess Loved the floors and the beams. The large bedrooms, and that huge walk-in
Closet . Lower level huge can put all kinds of spaces down there.walk out patio porch is beautiful. The only thing I disliked was the stair casing narrow steep without any break ups (landings) in the climbing. Loved the kitchen but hate that they combined prep kitchen with the pantry shelving. Loved the shiny counter tops and
Cabinets. Loved the house over all.

Bottom line you want this life style and to be able to afford it. You work hard! You get a education and that is the privilege to have this life style . Hard work and determination to make the life you want and have the nicer things in life. It doesn’t come unless a lot of times your just come from a rich family. Some people want this lifestyle to have things like this and think hard work is not involved. No it is not.

The kitchen for that 7000sqft home is so small. Prep kitchen is also a half pantry... A master walk in closet that big should have an island dresser. So much wasted open space while bathrooms and bedrooms is starving for space. Building perspective, the product looks good, but is lacking in many ways. I hope the buyer is happy.

The complexity of the lot and building specifications will play a big factor, but a build like this will be between $2.5 to $3 million. Thanks for the inquiry.
Meh... with 7,000 Sq ft every bedroom should accommodate a king bed. These bedrooms are too small. Bathrooms with double "car wash" showers should have double sinks. That's a no brainer. And that step up media space can seriously injure a child. Also it's not a media room without a door. Nice floor plan however

The media room is primarily an additional family room for kids/teenagers. We did build an official "Theater Room" in the basement...look @ 14:31 😎

Good architecture. From the outside the house looks very interesting. But I didn't see anything French. Didn't like the kitchen. Ugly cabinets in the kitchen, ugly stove. Pleased with the absence of carpet, normal shower heads in the bathrooms and windows with normal opening. The most beautiful view from the terrace.
Isn't a French Chalet a thing? House is a post modern look at a contemporary French Chalet. You know skiing on the French Alps & 'What Not'?
