- I travelled to Delhi with my friend @worldnomac, we took the long trip from Munnar to Kochi and then a flight from Kochi to Delhi. We stopped off at a few locations on the way and turned the journey into a very funny day. We then met @GoWithAli and checked into our new Delhi hotel which was supernice and enjoyed a nice cold beer.

The strict checking at the airport is because you visited Pakistan a few months ago, that’s because of 26/11 terror attacks, an American named David Coleman Headley was involved in the recce of the targets for the terror attacks and he frequently visited Pakistan, so after those events the security got tighter, you did nothing wrong but that’s how it is, hope you understand, 26/11 was India’s 9/11.
Modi visted Pakistan too he should have been undressed too 😂
That extensive security check at the airport might be because you have travelled to Pakistan earlier. They take it very seriously.

Delhi has 300km + metro network. And there is a metro station infront of ambassador hotel.
That's a long journey but safe and cheap.
If I came came across a foreigner, loudly shouting 'Namaskar' and 'Kaisa Ho' everytime they saw a local, I would be pretty alarmed.

You're right its the Airbus A380. Emirates has one of the best as well as Singapore Airlines. Checkout the shower at 35,000 feet. Pretty cool really.
