We tracked every dollar we spent while we were in Colombia and in this Colombia travel guide we will be breaking down our FULL Colombia travel budget. This is going to include everything we spent for roughly six weeks in Colombia so you can understand the cost of travel in Colombia and how to plan you travel expenses better.
This is all based on two people with a low budget and high amount of time who enjoy relative comfort!

@@JordanandEmily We're finding Peru very affordable for food and activities! Can't speak for accommodation yet as so far we've just been house sitting.
Equador is also on our minds! Will you be going to the Galapagos islands?
@@Twocantravel Ecuador is a MUST! We unfortunately can't afford the Galapagos but just got back from the Amazon up here and it was amazing! The cities and the people are so nice 😀
@@JordanandEmily The Galapagos does look pricey! We were just checking out volunteer teaching positions there to potentially make it more affordable. The Amazon sounds amazing! We'll keep an eye out for your video about your time there. We're looking into doing a trek in the Amazon in Peru, possibly in Iquitos. There are too many things to do!!! 😂
Where is the cost of the boat trip to the islands as we googled it from your link and its like 70 bucks each. We are about to hit Colombia (after Panama) so looking for an accurate cost estimate. Love the videos thou! Keep them coming

Hi Jordan and Emily, I think you did good spending only $4,300 AUD for 6 weeks. The home that you splurged on with the beautiful mountain views was well worth it. If you cut expenses too much it could make your travel and experiences much less enjoyable. Hopefully you can get some more house and pet sitting opportunities to cut cost. Have to say that 30 years old is still young. Wait until you get into your 50's.
