Yes, Indians were extremely disciplined and patient throughout the whole ordeal. People helped each other and the government did an exemplary job. Full credit to us.
People talk about how disciplined Japan is, but the level of discipline in India is unbelievable. The only problem is with road manners and it can be fixed easily.
Also cleanliness is a factor in India. People should stop throwing trash here and there.
@rajbiswas249 true. And for that gov needs to implement some strict littering laws. Put heavy fine on littering and provide public Dustbins everywhere (there are also some idiots who steal Dustbins and they need to be taken care of).
Just a few cases of people getting fined and everyone will start taking care of their litter. Because the problem with us Indians is we don't easily get motivated to do something until there are consequences 😅😅

Many youngsters would volunteer in hospitals to help ,some would make tiffins for patients ,some would donate kits and sanitizers etc. All in all I saw that our people had humanity and spirit to do good karma in our hard times. I hope this pureness and humanity to help never goes.

This is what western media, university professors, congress, DMK , TMC , Arvind kejriwal and many others keep complaining about. They say India is so bad because of x y z political party and Indians are suffering and we need India to become developed like western countries. Unless these idiots come and live among common people in western world they won’t realize how amazing India is comparatively. I understand that after Covid ex inflation has been high but that’s same everywhere a less world.
People used to look up to India in the ancient times. Foreigners used to study in Nalanda university. I remember ancient Chinese called India “civilized” and “center of knowledge”. Scientists and mathematicians of the islamic golden age admired our work. Greeks and Romans also used to look up to us. Good old times. Anglo-Saxons and other Westerners are the reason that South Asians face discrimination worldwide. They ruined our image by portraying us as animal f*ckers, street sh*tters, unhygienic (India needs to work on hygiene, I admit, but man often it is over exaggerated), savages, r*pists, etc. West butchered our reputation.

TRULY the arrangements and organisation during the traumatic lockdown was so well managed by our police and all govt. departments that it showed the western , or so called developed world how far better we are than them when it comes to civility . The human touch was there for all to see , setting us apart from the world !!

It is true that police, mart management, citizens co operated a lot and were well disciplined, everyone were helping each other..if one missed any essentially needed things, someone else would used to take initiative and help the needy without fail.. Such was the time in covid.. Really proud of our fellow indians...

So so proud. we know when we need to be disciplined. We don’t need to be taught. All basic necessities were made available at all times during COVID..
We never felt lack of commodities and services during the pandemic, the government handled the situation quite well.
This is india for you we understand.
When the westerns looted their own malls to stack items so selfishly not allowing the rest and the elderly to purchase, we in India opened up free feeding scheme for all those who are in need irrespective of caste, religion, region ,( ANNADHANAM) through good and compassionate-hearted humans in the form of philanthropists/Temple Volunteers/spiritual centers/ religious organizations throughout the country who silently distributed for the fellow brothern who are in need.
This went on not for a day or two ,but during the entire period of the Pandemic wherein groceries and other food items were available for purchase only for a very brief period of time ,still this generosity of caring for the needy was in full swing.
Added to that those who were returning to their native on foot( mainly labourers) were given sumptuous food, water in the road side food stalls erected specially to cater those people.
This type of generosity is deep in the blood of common Indians down the eons, who will rush to help the needy.
This is the core of Sanatana Dharma, to live and let live others, to respect others, and to cater to their needs in times of distress.
This is in stark contrast with the behaviour of the Western world who are so very self centred and egoistical, living by looting others in times of Need.
The Great Karma Bhoomi Bharat( INDIA) will certainly be following this SANATANA DHARMA for ETERNITY and will be the World Leader always when it comes to taking care of HUMANITY.
Proud to be born in this Punya Bhoomi and to live here always.

People are very patient against all the difficulties. Discipline is at its peak. People followed "Ek haath ki duri" funda given by the govt. Round and square marking is the new norm for queue. People around world talk about line culture but in times of difficulty all mess, but we Indians followed it in real difficult times. Other times it is bit mess and it is Ok. btw, they were not fighting for food. it was for toilet paper. within 2 hours all toilet paper was gone from all shops in the UK. :-)
I remember how people will follow protocols even when there is only 3 to 4 customer on a small shop. and ofcourse huge thanks and credit to the law enforcement.
