I think as for as plane spotting he’s the best. He is informative and also entertaining. He keeps it simple, not all the bells and whistles that some has. Maybe one day I’ll cross the pond and meet him.

I am getting London but by Eurostar flying was to expensive for two of us 300 more that taking the Eurostar roundtrip I will be in london on July 29 one day trip I love to see Jerry I am traveling from Paris to London god knows when I get another international trip.
It's ok following a United Airways going to the same place, never notice that this is the route over the UK

Why is there an American Airlines 777 heading for New York from LHR flying over Basingstoke heading towards Hurn Bournemouth?? 17:35hr, 22nd
I live in Basingstoke and quite a few US departures head-out via this route and towards Devon before heading out over the bottom of Ireland and then the Atlantic. Admittedly, more incoming US flights fly over Basingstoke at approximately 11-12k feet, much to my enjoyment! Most evening departures to South America fly out over Basingstoke.
Thanks for the reply, now have FR24 on my other tablet and can now see how the air corridors work and how they have changed.
