Glad to be of help. Is there anything specific you are thinking of? I was a church operations manager for 13 years and whilst I didn't use UpNote then, I would follow the same system just in other apps.

The central question is how to make it compatible with upnote workspaces??? how do you do it in your case

Honestly, the only use I have for workspaces is so that I don't show any of my real notes when making videos.
Personally, separating things into workspaces is not a feature I see myself ever using. I'd rather have everything in one place for everyday use.
The only way I see workspaces making sense is in apps where you collaborate with others. Then it makes it easier to manage and restrict access.

I prefer utilize the search based on tags and keywords rather than making each PARA folders.

Yeah that works too. I'm more of a hierarchical thinker myself. Hence I use folders.
