1 egg yolk.
Sugar (40g/1.4oz).
Cornstarch (15g/~1.5 level tablespoons).
Milk (250ml/1 cup).
Butter (20g/2 tsp).
Chocolate (60g/2.1oz).
Cream 33-36% (100ml/2/5 cups).
Savoiardi cookies (about 3-4 pieces).
Nescafe coffee (17g/3 tbsp).
Sugar (60g/2.1oz).
Very cold water (70 ml/ ~1/3 cup).
RECIPE #2 - Creamy Citrus Dessert in 5 Minutes of Work!
Sugar (80g/28oz).
Zest of 1 lemon.
Juice of 3 lemons.
The result was juice (120ml/1/2 cup).
Water (100ml/2/5 cups).
Cornstarch (15g/1 level tablespoon).
Turmeric (1/4 tsp).
Cream 33-38% (200ml/4/5 cups).
Sugar (60g/2.1oz).
Savoyardi cookies (5-6 pcs.).
Juice of 2 large oranges.
Approximately juice (150ml/3/5 cup).
