Looking at my retirement account, during year 1 of the Trump presidency it made 75% of the gains made during Obama's entire 2 terms. If you look at policy nothing Obama did was for the economy. Between the bloated ACA, and the tax increases literally stalled the economy. One of the first things Trump did was across the board tac cuts; aka more money in the economy. He also removed the ACA penalty, a boon for the working class.
