When I went to counseling I cried almost every single session. 10/12 sessions was me crying like an idiot multiple times each. But eventually I realized that it quickly started to become less authentic? Maybe? I wasn’t crying on purpose or trying to consciously manipulate anyone but it felt indulgent and yet I kept doing it.
    Loving this episode thank you.

That sounds like a complicated experience. It may have been a dawning objective stance to your weeping. When the observing ego begins to rise and we can observe our emotional reactions we can question them. You're on the right track!

As you were talking about fanatic dogma annihilating everything that is not in line with its ideas i was reminded of this fantastic short Russian movie called " The Student" it is on Amazon prime and it is absolutely intriguing in way that just leaves you thinking for days. The main character's disposition very much reminds me of this dreamer and his dark monk.
