Don't buy one of these skimmers. I bought one and it came defective and damaged. bashsea stuck me with it and now I'm out 700 dollars. the build quality is the worst I've ever seen. they don't stand behind their products.

However, The company has been good to us and we stand by their products. Personally I’ve seen nothing but great reviews on this product. I’m not sure why YOU had a bad experience with them, and I wish I could help you with your issue but this product is fantastic.

Photos nor video do this beast any justice. The skimmer is huge and a perfect accoutrement to the beast 310 gallon
