Try meditation for 2 hour a day, not joking
weed suprisingly makes me more anxious, i kind of like being in my own mindset and reality if you know what i'm saying, maybe take lighter hits?
If weed is bad for you, then don't smoke it. I absolutely recommend meditation. Ignore the 2 hours a day comment, that's obscene. Download the headspace app and meditate for 10 minutes a day. Good luck.

This has to be one of the best Jokers videos out there. Never in 100 years would I have been able to link the elderly couple with elephants 😂 Joe playing it off cooly while Sal loses it next to him 😭

Presentations are my favorite Impractical Jokers challenges, and this one is the best by far. The way every slide is completely random, Sal completely losing his composure at the unhinged graph as Joe futilely tries to explain it, and the fact that the audience was having NONE of it at the end.

New York is REALLY big and there's still many people who don't know them. They do get recognized a lot tho, they just have to edit it out.
This is by far one of my favorite presentations ever.
