As a guy who own alot of CD's (and wants to support the artists by paying for the music) this is what I do. Put the CD's in your computer, make digital copies, transfer the music to your ANDROID.
Dude just get a galaxy android phone or something, apple is just an control freak asshole company at this point. You got 1000s of CDs? you got an android phone? problem solved, all the CDs can be burned onto android.
I can still look at this and appreciate how good it looked in its day, and this game is STILL amazing today. Maybe the graphics haven't aged as well as one might've hoped, but they instead now have a charm to them.

just use the default music app on windows 10, it works fantastic and pulls mp3's directly from your music folder. that way you can even get stuff that isn't on itunes by converting youtube videos into mp3s. you can even download and listen to youtube podcasts that way.

The European version of SF64 (called Lylat Wars because reasons) actually had the silly gibberish speak as a dialogue option instead of Japanese. Didn't know the US version had that as an option until I saw a video on RUclips which happened to shwo the options menu and basically said "Wait, WTF Nintendo?! Why the hell didn't we get Japanese instead of fucking 'Budebedubudeb? Bwewub wewub-wub!'?!". (And remember, this was back in the day when not every game released over here had 5+ languages built in - this was back when in many cases they just released special cartridges which only played in German/French/[insert language] in those few countries which actually got translated versions, we (Sweden) often got English releases (or English/Lylat as it were), mostly because we either knew enough English to know what we were doing, or just learned enough English to know what we were doing by playing the games, which is quite a fun way to learn English)

Something about Final Fantasy III (VI) that you probably didn't know about was that you most likely used Relm's Sketch ability. On 1.0 versions of the game it would mess up your save file, which is exactly what happened to you. 1.1 versions fixed that bug. Many who have played my hack (FFVI Ted Woolsey Uncensored Edition) with the bug fixes know that the Sketch glitch was fixed, along with several other bugs as well.

Hey James...here's a thought on iTunes: Try going to Walmart, Target or Best Buy. Walk over to the "Music" section, and look for this thing called an "MP3 Player." I hear you can put gigabytes of music on one, and they never ask you to update, sync to your computer, or sign over your right not to be made into a Human Centipede. I know..._welcome to the future,_ right?!?!

I have the same preferences regarding syncing music to my phone, and what I do is just have a dedicated playlist that is the only thing select to sync-whenever I want to add stuff to my phone, I just add it to that playlist and sync. I've been using this method for years and have never had an issue.

Benimaru Itoh illustrated the Nintendo Power Star Fox comics so very well, too. Star Fox has so many cool hidden elements, such as the giant slot machine boss, and the interstellar whale, plus the ability to make cool geometric mandala-like designs on the continue screen, while rotating the Arwing. Phenomenal soundtrack!!!
I had a very similar experience with that Nintendo Power four-player strategy guide. Mom picked me up from fourth grade with my latest issue of Nintendo Power, which had come in the mail that day. As I walked toward the car, she happily held my magazine up to the window for me to see, thinking I was going to glad to have it. I was so mortified when I thought that it was going to be a lousy sports-only issue, that I stopped dead in my tracks and, realizing that it would be yet another month of waiting for a "real" issue to come, I said, "Oh, shit" so loud that anyone within 200 feet would've heard me. I threw the magazine to the floor of the car, folded my arms, and sat in silence all the way home. Not even a trip to McDonald's could cheer me up. I don't think I even opened the magazine until 1991. I was *pissed*.
James, have you considered trying Google Play Music? You can upload a ton of songs, buy new ones off the service, and download however many songs you wish on your phone. You have full control over the process, and your music. And, any songs you uploaded but did not put on your phone can be streamed from the service. Also has Pandora-like radio capabilities too.
Wanna really rid yourself of the pains of iTunes James? Just get an Android device. All you have to do is connect the device to your computer via USB then drag and drop the files to your phone. DONE

Hi James or Mike, have either of you played Star Fox 2? There are existing reproduction cartidges and builds you can play on emulators. (Not sure if you already knew that.) Anyway, I was wondering if you had plans on playing that too on J&MM? I would really like to see you guys play that after the Nerd mentioned it in the Nintendo Power episode.
