1 and half Table spoon dried coriander seeds
1 Table spoon Carom seeds Powder (Ajwain)
5 to 6 dried Red Chili
1 Table Spoon Chaat Masala ( a mix of hot and tangy spice)
1 tea spoon red chili powder
½ tea spoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 Tea spoon salt
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala powder (a blend of ground spices)
Finder fish (slices) 700 grams
1 Table spoon Garlic Ginger paste
1 Table Spoon soya Sauce
1 Table Spoon Vinegar (sirka)
15 grams Tamarind (Imli)
1/ cup Gram flour {baisen}
Pinch of salt
Orange food color
Cooking oil for frying
