We use one computer for my 3 kids and it works great. We rotate. One does math while the other does handwriting (we do copy work). It has worked well for us.

My biggest criticism is the math standards don't meet what we need for Manitoba, Canada. My son is special needs so it's just fine but we are supplementing with our daughter. I had planned things out wrong so we fell behind on the curriculum (plus we switched to it a month into the school year) so my youngest is doing 2 lessons a day but she can easily handle it. I do wish some of the topics were more in-depth but we need the free/low-cost and the other curriculums honestly seem very overwhelming anyways.

thanks for your review! you mentioned about your kids testing at the end of the year; how does that work - getting your kids to take state sponsored testing when you homeschool them? is it mandatory?

hi im new this year at homeschool due to the pandemic thats going on i chose to pull my 3 kids out and do it my way this year. Ive been doing my own homeschool plan until now i think my oldest who is grade 8 needs more of a structured every day thing per the book. She suffers severe ADD so would this program be to hard for her?

@@havenlenay9255 our son is autistic and he's doing all right with it. For math, we have had to sometimes spread a lesson over two days just because he was overwhelmed on the days he had to do a worksheet with 15 questions. It doesn't seem like a lot but he was overwhelmed by it. I also don't totally understand the creator's mindset all the time so we sometimes we come up with our ideas.
We buy the workbooks because the cost of paper and ink was exorbitant and the books are so affordable it just made more sense. Right now, we are supplementing our own social studies just to be more Canadian-compliant.
