Easy Peasy Homeschool Reviews - Complete Guide and Review of Easy Peasy All In One Homeschool 2023
This was a great review 😊 thanks! We have been using Easy Peasy in some way for about 8 years.. the math is a favorite. I have used it for pre-K, and used it for LA.
You can use this secular because you opt out of the Bible section.
We have used the history and science and love the lap book methods that they use to help❤
It really is what you as the parent would like to use and how it fits for your family.
We buy the books to use off line because the internet issue here😂 but again, we truly love the inexpensive and well laid out content of this curriculum.
Thanks again for doing this. Glad to see more videos on this great resource ❤
Thank you so much and also thank you for sharing your experience with it!
Have you used 6/7 math? I'm thinking about using it with my daughter... does it have any drawback or holes?
@@lanifayborsvold3017I just ordered Math 5/6, in my opinion there isn’t a good and clear explanation of math concepts. I so wanted this to work.😩
You have to use the printable math program in addition to the online program. You can’t use the math workbooks as stand alone. They are to be used in conjunction with the workbooks. Some of their curriculum is available in print without using the online platform, but math is not one of them
@@tinamariejohnson7520 I didn't see your comment until now, but we have been using the 5/6 curriculum and have had no problems, but we've used it online where they have videos to teach each new subject. I can't imagine how to do it without watching the videos.
Thanks for showing this in detail!!
You're welcome, I hope it was helpful!
I completly disagree. I use EP for my oldest 3 kids and i spend alot of time cleaning and taking care of my 2 littles while my older kids do there school work on EP. They work independantly and i just check the worksheets once a week. It is no effort for me if i want. I do extra curriculum with them each year like art and cursive etc. But that takes me so little time.
Thank you for sharing!
Since the courses go by pretty quickly, should that be a concern? I'm new to EP and we started yesterday and I'm just trying to make sure she's learning enough during a single session.
How do you keep track of grades for EP?
The parent assigns grades based on work completed
Your video is very very helpfull Thank you soo much, for all those details
Thank you, I'm so glad you found it helpful!
Are the level according to grade level for EP math? I wanted to get EP for my son in the summer. He is in 1st grade about to enter 2nd grade in August. I was thinking getting EP 2 MATH. But he did the placement test and it recommended EP 3 MATH. he got two problems wrong(the three digit addition and something about fraction with people) how accurate are the placement test?
I'm not sure how accurate they are, but it's free, so you could go with their recommendation and then if it's too difficult, just go back to the previous level.
How do you keep track of attendance? Is there a sheet to print off for that?
I was not able to find one. You do mark off every day that you complete so you can see how many days they've done. I recommend just making a spreadsheet yourself or using a simple homeschool planning app to keep track.
Your daily lessons keeps track of attendance. After each day, you mark the day complete. Then the day changes the next day at the top of the screen.
Can you start in the middle of the school you? Meaning at any time. How do i know where my kids left of if i do start in the middle of the school year? Do those workbooks cover the whole school year worth of work?
Depending on where you live, usually you have a lot of freedom with homeschooling! You as the homeschool parent get to decide all of that. And yes, this program allows you to customize it to fit your needs. This program is designed to follow grade levels so yes each level is a full grade level of work.
Thank you for this. I will be giving this a try with my children.
You're welcome, good luck!
Thank you for this. I'll be trying this, though I'm a little nervous I won't be a great teacher and I'm afraid my kid will fall behind. If I use EP would I have a chance?
It's a good curriculum. I suggest adding some extra math and language arts practice. If you're looking for free, Khan Academy and CK12 are good resources.
@@AmandaMelrose Thank you. We started EP yesterday and so far, so good. But the courses do go by pretty quickly, is my kid learning enough? Or maybe I need to stretch things out more? Or is that ok?
I get how to set up all of the kids' accounts (after hours of wathing tutorials and wandering around the website). But how do I sign up? Anyone know how? It's very confusing. The website takes me in circles.
Just click on "get started" and fill out the info. There should be a link on the main page.

🙂
If child do that schooling until 5th grade and then move to public school , will it be exepted and not delay in education with all class?
I would definitely check your state standards and then review the curriculum and make sure it lines up if you're planning to switch to public school in the future.
🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you
You're welcome!
Can multiple students work on different computers at the same time?
I don't see why not! You can create different student profiles for each of your children, so this should work.
What would you rate it out of 10??
It really depends what you're looking for honestly. If you're looking for a Christian based school at home type of curriculum and you want it to be able to be accessed online, and you don't want to pay for it, then it's going to rank pretty high! If you want an online school, then not as much.
If my child does more than one lesson in a day (for example, 2 math lessons) will it still take my child to the correct lesson the next day?
When the student finishes their work for the day (even if all the lessons were not done) then the parent marks the day complete which moves it to the next day (and the unfinished lessons will move to the next day). However, if they want to work ahead, then I think you can go in and manually change the lesson number so your child can move on to the next lesson in a particular subject.
If you turn on the did more on the parents setting. It will automatically go to the next lesson! Love it! You just have to change the days if you go up a hole day
I did a quick test to see if the information is what I think my kids should learn. If you want your kids to believe that the Earth is 6k years old, then this curriculum is fine. I won't be using this curriculum for my kids.
Thank you for sharing! It's definitely a Christian curriculum.
