This was ridiculous. Ra should’ve approached Nelly 1 on 1 first before alerting the “authorities.” Then the issue got blown up because it became a gang attack on one person. Everyone was on radio silence beforehand. You’re supposed to handle disputes woman to woman first, but instead Ra decided to pretend she was standing on business when in fact she was too afraid to approach Nelly on her own, so she went and tattletaled to the “boss,” then when she was asked about it she took that opportunity to throw gasoline on the fire. Ra is coming across as insecure and childish. Perhaps the cameras didn’t capture what was really going down as far as this big dog persona some of them were talking about, but even if Nelly was acting extra, you pull her aside and have a powwow and if she doesn’t improve, THEN you get others involved. This was lame, and that was a b--ch a$$ move.
