This is a concept not for yourself but for the benefit of others. So you can see it from a left wing perspective that it's propaganda by capitalism to make you focus on working. But at the same time capitalism would prefer you spend all your money as soon as you get it. The main reason for saving is to build generational wealth. You make money and work hard so your future generations, kids do not have to. A great way to do this is to buy a house because a house will create generational wealth, when you die and you own a house your grandkids will probably benefit the most from it as they will be young and the money from that house can help them towards their own lives. I'm saving money already (granted I just spent some on a holiday but the vast amount I save) so that I can buy a house as soon as possible. This will make my future cheaper as I wont have to pay rent and at the same time giving me a large net worth as I'd own a property and land. Mortgages pay towards shelter+ eventually owning the place, while rent just goes towards shelter. Got a bit side tracked, also join my roblox group and be active spirily 😡
