This song is about the empress Myeong-seong, last empress of Chosun Dynasty. In 19th century, Japan invaded Korea by force, and they sent our last king Go-Jong away to Russia, and brutally killed the empress. They(The Japanese killers) cut her head with the sword, and raped her dead body in turns, and burned her. The Japanese people always, I mean ALWAYS did that kinda brutal deeds to us Koreans for a long time, so that's why we can't be friendly to the Japanese people. It's a song from the perspective of empress Myeong-seong when she realized some bad things are gonna happen to her. The melody and lyrics are so sad. 😢
