It's nice to see someone go for an actual rear fender swap instead of the cheap fiber glass options. I'm about to do the same thing, so I'm really looking forward to your end results.
Hey dude, that's awesome! I found your channel while rebuilding my cd009. It's good to see you doing good! It will be cool to see the conversion come to fruition👍
I did this conversion over 15 years ago cutting those rear arches didn’t feel right at all but was definitely worth it with the end result. Parts were a lot cheaper back then to I did the oem r34 gtr motor, interior and exterior but kept the rwd and 5 speed transmission. The r34 seats needed a little modification as the floor plan is different dew to the transmission tunnel on the gtr, apart from that most bits are bolt on. Did you get the raised fender supports ?
That's awesome, definitely not a cheap endeavor at the moment. I was able to skip on te fender risers as the Z Tune style fenders have it built in. Which was great because they wouldn't have fit in my luggage at the time 😅
Doing the same in Australia, if you are worried about the s14 subframe grab a r34 GT subframe, should be cheap and no Hicas. Also running a oem front bar also, agree it looks better
Ah thanks man that's a huge help I appreciate it! It feels overwhelming especially when you don't know where to begin to look lol I can't wait to see your uploads on your GTT to GTR conversion!
We got most of our parts from TKGT.com but there are a few websites to choose from. Also your local Nissan dealership should be able to order skyline parts now.

Agreed, this is the only way to do it in my opinion.👌

Thanks man! Still haven't really decided what to put that motor and trans in 😅
Nice built! Do you know whether the oem bnr34 rear bumper fits on the gtt with stock rear fenders?
building mine in arizona as well!
Sick! hope to see you around!

I didn’t know that! I’ll keep that in mind if the S14 one doesn’t fit 👍
Hey bro, I’m also looking on getting GTR rear panels for my GTT. What size are the oem gtr rear fenders? 30mm?
They're more like 60mm, i don't really have a way to measure the difference accurately but it's at least 2 inches
Sick bro 😈
thanks man!
@@Garage23 No problem, thanks for sharing the experience.
You should go Motek And they have a screen for the GTR screen and there’s also programming to look like updated info like the GTR would be sick
Motec is a bit out of budget for us right now but we would definitely love to do that at some point.
Badass build
Thank you! 🙏
How much you want for those rain, gaurds?
I literally just broke one in half pushing the car out of the garage 🫠
Where did you buy the rear quarter panels? 😯
Got them from Trust Kikaku, they're the best to deal with through the whole process and they have an office in long beach now.

Are you gonna sell the front bumper, if so how much?
I've seen a few listings from 1200$ to 1500$ for the front bumper so I'll probably list it for 1000$
Wait, MFD cover? How are you gonna install that?
Grid Racing offers a kind of gauge display that replaces the MFD, kind of like a defi gauge system but with a screen
where can i buy the body parts
