My answer is a big one, actually it’s my thought..bear with me...As we know, if no connection to the internet we cannot trace the current location of mobile. When it comes to the last location, it depends on the accuracy of the maps and it’s software. Unfortunately, we can only use Apple maps with FindMy which is not reliable in India. It’s getting better now in other countries and not sure when they will revamp maps in India. Another way to track is using Google Timeline. Here we may to compromise with privacy. Apple says even when Airplane mode is on, Bluetooth is still on and can talk to apple servers through nearby apple devices. As I mentioned in the video, I tried this and could not make it work. I will try again. Another cool thinh is your phone , iPhone 11 and 11 pro, 11 pro max are equipped with U1 (Ultra Bandwave) chip which gives precise location compared to Bluetooth and it can talk to other devices to reveal location even when phone is switched off. Apple didn’t talk explicitly about this feature but about U1 chip’s use in Airdrop. We need to try. I cannot try as I have XR. Hopefully better technology will come to find lost phones easier and quicker, but I think personally, if our iPhone gets into a hands of a good samaritan we’re lucky, else less likely to get it back though they cannot use it as ONE PIECE.

Hi Bhaskar, interms of specs both have latest A13 bionic chip (processor). RAM is 4GB in iPhone 11, 3GB in SE. 11 has 2 rear cameras and better battery life and FaceID. If you want the smaller phone and spend less money, go for SE otherwise 11. Hope it helps you.
