If your screen is black or frozen
If your screen is black or frozen, you might need to force restart your device. A force restart won't erase the content on your device. You can force restart your device even if the screen is black or the buttons aren't responding. Follow these steps:
1.iPad models with Face ID: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts.
2. iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
3. iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold both the Top (or Side) button and the Volume Down buttons until you see the Apple logo.
4. iPad with Home button, iPhone 6s or earlier, and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons until you see the Apple logo.

While playing a song or video if I get any WhatsApp message or notification my current song volume is reducing do we have any setting for this.
If you have enabled sound in the notification for WhatsApp, volume in the song or video will go down temporarily and will come to normal after a sec or so. If turn off sound for notification then volume will not be affected

Suddenly discharging the battery from 100% to 70%, 70%-30%, 30%-1% so I realised that battery got failed then replaced with new battery in Apple centre. I’m facing issue in turning off the screen time passcode and resetting it, it does not allow me to change the passcode rather move further every time you enter Apple ID and Password it redirects to the same page but does not move forward. If you forgot the screen time password, there will be an option to login to your Apple ID. Once verified you can change the screen time password. That’s how it works. If don’t remember Apple ID password, appleid.apple.com
