My recent 1973 Honda CB 350 four took 12 months to refurbish including 200 hours labour and NOS OEM parts it owes me AU$10,000.00 but looks absolute 100% showroom. It's a great fun activity now that I retired from flying in 2020. Subscribed from Australia!
@@JMCAero Started commercial in 1980. I do miss it however rules are rules and I passed my use by date in 2020 and that was the end of a fantastic career. All the best!
Great video and well done on rescuing a great bike. Only 2 details to add. 1. The two bolts that bolt the cam sprocket to the camshaft are different, one is shouldered and one is not. They must be in the correct spots as per the manual. 2. When setting the valve clearances, the right clearance can be found in two position on the rocker shafts however only one is correct. The witness marks on the end of the rocker shafts should face away from the centre of the engine. This relates to all four rocker shafts. Great work.👍
@@JMCAero I'd agree that you appear to actually take your time and use care unlike so many other home rebuild channels. I collect 70's bikes however I employ a master mechanic to restore all the "finds" I come across.
Great work, entertainment for use that love to see a CB350 having Life put back into her. Many of use in the early 70s in the UK to owned these reliable 250&350 Steeds. Thanks love your videos 😊

Fantastic job! These vintage CB350s are so much more fun to ride than almost anything in their size today.
Thanks! I couldn't agree more, especially for the price. Heavy and comfy

As i've said before, you make rebuilds look easy, because you do them properly and with care.
@@bartmanlestrade9089 I appreciate that, means a lot!
