      He’s super good but literally no one plays him so yes let him stay the same. He’s very strong and top tier, but not broken or unfair.

    I have put over 1000 hours into Videl, all I ask is to revert the auto combo change it hurts so much more when I accidentally hit light twice and have to sit there for 40 frames. Terrible change

      That was an insane buff, I want it gone too but for different reasons than you. Videl is an absolute menace and the most underrated character in the game, by far (my opinion ofc)

      Heavily disagree. I mean it’s unreactable mix on crouchers and it’s so incredibly free to bait mashers. The fact that just getting hit by 5L opens up such a big guessing game is a nightmare for blockers and usually takes a hard read or else you explode, and with an assist behind her she can either keep herself safe or add layers upon layers to her mix if you’re running something with low blockstun or a barrier. Keep the auto combo

    Buff Hit, he doesn't need a meter penalty. Also, does anyone know that his stance projectiles actually aren't projectiles? It makes it so it hits super dash, sometimes, but for some reason Jiren can counter it full screen.
    I'm not talking Jiren's universal full screen counter, I'm talking his mid-high counter. It straight teleports Hit to him.
    So yeah, even if Hit doesn't get anything major, no penalty and please let his projectiles actually be projectiles. Perhaps speed them up too so you can't jump over them.

      Hit also needs more combos. Using OTGs, he is a ground focused character yet he has not one OTG. Also revert the meter nerf

    Piccolo: his elbow move needs ki blast and beam invulnerability, his light and heavy Air chops needs to ground bounce like the ground light version, the 5l should move him a little bit foward, the orb and the antenna beams needs A LITTLE more hitstun, like one or two frames each, All three versions of the grab should have the same armor of 5S, holding 5S should be a little bit faster and that's It.
    A system change: ALL EX MOVES STARTER COMBOS SHOULD DO DRAGON RUSH OR LIGHT ATTACK DAMAGE. You should not be able to ex move and Win.

    Yamcha changes:
    -6f 5L
    -Advancing 2L
    -Slightly bigger 2M hitbox
    -j2H now OTGs
    -Less recovery on WFF variations and rekka options
    -Make 236X>6M (M finisher) +2 on block
    -214X (gale claw) have more active frames, the last hit is an overhead, and H version gives more SKD hitstun, giving you enough time to run up j2H
    -New move, 214S, where Yamcha pitches a fast ball (since he's a baseball player). Giving him a new projectile that let's say has ki blast invul on start up to help his neutral, and enough hitstun to follow up into 236L>H full screen
    -Level 3 pushes the opponent further to the corner and gives slightly more frame adv post lvl 3

    I’m just gonna have to say don’t nerf my goats Baby and Zamasu man. Let em cook. But buff vegito B a bit, let him do the full kicks kinda like Yamcha. And vegito a hitsun, just a bit.

    Majin Buu's probably never going to be super heavily played, but he legitimately does need some QoL changes before he feels complete; nothing too crazy, but something to make him feel more consistent since the people that do try him stop playing him because of these inconsistencies.
    1. His level 3 candy beam only has a hitbox on the tip. This is a really antiquated problem and doesn't belong in modern FighterZ, I would buff the hitbox to cover the entire beam just like literally every other beam super in the game.
    2. Buu's 5L whiffs on crouchers at some distances, making his pressure inconsistent since 5L will just whiff sometimes depending on unlucky positioning that's difficult to gauge. I would simply extend the hitbox of 5L downwards to hit crouching opponents at all ranges 5L hits.
    3. Buu C used to be Frame 1 air invuln and a lot of people seem to think it still is, but it's not: it's F4 air invuln, but tracks the opponent before the invuln frames actually come out, meaning that it actually LOSES to air moves 90% of the time. I would revert this change and give it back frame 1 anti air properties, as it always should have had.
    I feel like these are pretty reasonable QoL buffs for Buu that won't make him absolutely insane but will definitely do a lot for people just picking the character up. Obviously I could ask for something crazy like moving his current 5M to 4M and giving him an actual M scaling 5M that truestrings or even asking that 5M scale like a medium or I could ask that Buu B gives restands to the whole cast, but I'm not trying to make Buu broken, I just wanna see him be a little friendlier to play for people. I'd personally put him in "slight buff" just because these QoL changes would help him so much.

    The only thing I would really buff about Frieza is his A assist. Just give it a bit more hitstun. As is it’s a great landmine assist that comes out really fast, it’s just tricky to convert off it sometimes because of the lack of hitstun. Give it like 2 more frames of hitstun and I’m happy.

    The only thing I’d really like to changed about Videl is her level 1 counter stopping more than just physical hits from the point character. I still think it’d be fine to have the whole cutscene and power up play through only on physical hits but in the spirit of the move and the fact that it costs a bar, gohan should at the very least reflect away all other moves. (Except for grabs obviously)

    Hey Cloud, im a DBZ Broly Main and i need him to be buffed. He has no mix nor good staggers and his train doesnt even goes full screen and isnt safe on block. Like Z broly is really bad in my opinion.
    He has nothing that is reflect proof and ive the opponent can react to the grab (that is pretty seeable) he can not really get damage.
    Its just my expirience, maybe im just bad with him, but i play him since release and i struggle so hard with him.

      5LL, 5LLL, 5M, 5H are all reflect proof buttons you can also get more damage via limit break or slow level 3 which allows him to combo after it.
      His train doesn’t need to be safe as it has 10 hit of armor, goes through beams and very rarely can the opponent break the armor
      17 frame aka unreactable command grab with armor
      HE IS THE BEST GRAPPLER IN THE GAME WHILE BEING A FUCKING ZONER

      @@mastrsonic375 Which of his buttons are reflect proof? Like 5LL isnt, same for the mediums. Even 5H isnt and thats stupid.
      I see potential in broly, but his kid is just not that good like others in the meta.
      The train, okay he has some armor, sure. But he can not do this move in neutral, cause of the recovery frames.
      The grab ist really fast yes, but thats a downside too, like ive u do a 5M into 214M its soo likely to see. Since Rollback, the Grab never connects on the enemy.
      Imagine Z broly anchor. Okay you have very good Ki blasts and your opponent just waits for an oppening for a superdash or some move like Blue gokus 236H.
      I think broly could just use some minor buffs, like reflect proof 5LL, 5M or 5H cause they arent. And that the 236H train is full screen.
      Cause there is a bug on broly, ive the enemy IAD back to get full screen, the train doesnt hit the grounded enemy. Thats stupid....
      So maybe im wrong then i apologize, but i just played too much broly for that.

      ​@@cve4080dude just grab. His entire architect is about reflect rps, where the opponent guess jump or reflect. If you grabbed and they jump, they die. If you stagger or frametrap and they jump, the die. If you keep getting reflected, it means youre not adapting to what the opponent is doing. He doesnt need reclect proof options because he has a move that beats it in the first place, with a rps situation in his favor as well. Also, use 214L instead, along with staggering off of 5LL and delaying buttons. This'll scare the opponent into not jumping/mashing because they'll be punished for it. Then you grab and do level 1 (this does like a third of their healthbar). If you delay the light grab, its basically impossible to react unlike 214M.
      For his train, the light version is the best because of the fast startup. In neutral, its hard to wiff punish due to the faster recovery. Only downside is that it doesnt go far, but fullscreen lariat at any rank is a gimmick. I promise you that good staggers and mixing in grabs and framettaps will make your opponent panick and get you more openings.

      Frame 1 ki blast invulnerable that takes up a big portion of the screen. Very low recovery. Relatively fast startup for what it is. Safe on block. Beats super dash.
      CTF is literally a spammable, giant wall of "No", lol. It's an amazing special move

      All trunks needs is range buffs to his 5L 5M, to be able to 4L twice on block, and MAYBE to be able to block during flip like zam flight. There's really not a situation where you'd super dash after CtF over Mesenko

    List looks good to me. Meter nerf should go or be reduced, and ex moves should have less damage. And buffs I can think of for Videl and Kefla.
    Any number of buffs for Videl.
    - All of her moves have very obvious gaps that make her weak against reflect and jabs even though she's mostly close range. Maybe give her a backstep or take away the gaps in any of the following : J.Combo, Videl Rush, auto combo
    - Spot dodge into DP is kinda wack imo, better to give it any of the following good properties, like slight invul on the first hit after success, dodge grabs, meter gain on success, etc.
    - GSM having better properties on hit would be nice, like ground bounce on j.2s, wall bounce on j.s, multi ki blast or beam for 2s after counter lvl1 or wake up lvl 3, etc.
    Slight buffs for Kefla.
    - Lariat getting otg on medium or heavy would be cool.
    - Gigantic ray last hit knocking opponents downward instead of up would be nice.
    - Maybe better confirm in G.Ray from air sliding KD, like her touching the ground faster instead of floating.

    I hate they made my main (Base Goku) have his optimal play style being to spam supers. Buff him so he can play neutral normally (like his normals) and I can enjoy playing my favorite version of Goku again.

    as a videl player, i think her ki blasts need some changes. NOT 5s, that move's fine. it beats Z BROLY KI BLAST so that's fun, even if you have to spend meter or a tracking c assist to follow up off it it's still in a comfortable spot. buff j.s is all i want. 2s needs a startup buff BAD and i know that is a little crazy when it's +23 and that startup is REALLY good for oki, but i think gohan being vulnerable frame 10 leaves a lot to be desired. at least make his vulnerablity come a little later, so she has an option to send it in neutral.
    j.2s also needs a startup buff. for the mere price of a 43 frame startup, you get to be +3, when if the enemy just gets hit, you get minimal reward for it. the LEAST they can do is give it groundbounce, so that way you dont have to spend meter to follow up off of it. it feels REAL bad to use and often times it will just whiff. videl doesnt really have many ways to deal with airborne zoners like baby or zamasu, which is understandable from a character perspective, but from a game design perspective she kinda gets shot
    buff j.2s. give it like, a 5 or 10 frame buff to startup and make it groundbounce so she has an actual reason to input the move. 2s is crazy for oki, and i think all it needs is gohan to have slight invuln for a little longer. that is all have a good day

    Cell only needs to really needs to lose the fr invul on perfect attack. It basically is what UI had with 214H. Personally, I really want them to remove the damage buff of limit break and replace it with not having the meter gain penalty, so you lose damage but have more meter.

    Call me controversial but i think lab coat should get her debuff grab back, mainly being able to combo into it. Just make the debuff itself temporary, or go away if lab coat herself is ko'd or switched out if ko is too much. As it is now, its kinda pointless for her to still have as they even nerfed it as a reversal. Why nerf a move you spent time and energy putting into the game just to make it completely useless lol. At least give it some of its utility back as a combo finisher. Hell if that's still too crazy, make the debuff only last like 10 seconds or something. Or if anything, remove the debuff property entirely and just have the grab buff her moveset alone.
    Secondly i think if they're not gonna give Videl a proper reflect, i think she should be able to act out of it with anything as long as she actually dodged something with it. And if she chooses to do nothing, she should probably be able to block after it. If reflect can, why not right.

    3:25 Nah... As a Bardock fan, I don't want any immunities on his lariat(s), and in fact wish less characters had that nonsense. When Bardock hits you with lariat, its because he predicted / dodged a ki blast (or yolo'd but we're not talking about that lol), he didn't just fly _through_ it- That feels more 'earned' and less annoying, to me. to buff him, I'd vote to either change his recovery on 236M on block so its better for calling assists and trying High/Low mix, or making one of the 214X's end their animation much faster so he gets an Overhead hit thats actually usable for mix, rather than it just being a one-use-per-match knowledge check only works on people that don't know Bardock and that makes no real difference to the match
    Cooler: Just change his beam... I'd say its probably the worst beam in the game combo-wise, and for seemingly no reason. So I hope they make it better OR even worse, just pick a lane cause rn its just 'inconsistent', and for what?
    Boku Black: as a combo enjoyer, I just want his SKD to be more up-to-speed with the rest of the roster. He only has one knockdown tool in God Slicer, and (in the context of combo ender knockdown tools) its really dookie :( so I just want:
    higher hitstun on the blasts so M and H will actually function at high hitstun decay, and / or
    M to be usable midscreen for his BnBs and stuff, and / or
    some weirdness to avoid accidentally making M and H too good in neutral, so instead they make it so 'holding the button during L makes the stab do a knockdown like M'
    Base Goku: I like your buff ideas, but also nerf his whackass (especially limit break) damage
    Trunks: I agree- flips buff of some kind. OR, CtF buff (make it genuinely useful midscreen. Hitstun is nonexistent on main hitbox to where Vanish on reaction is inconsistent / impossible iirc. and managing to land the close Smash hitbox doesn't even stun enough for a meterless conversion via SD or Ki blast.) AND / or buff some of his normals. Mostly 5L. I still think his 5L is in the bottom 2 or 3 in the game next to S Broly
    Super Baby 2: I'm a day 1 baby fan, love that guy. That said. Fuck 'im. Last few patches turned a 'fun, unique, but not often played' character into a degenerate tons of people play just because he _Does Things Better_ than 90% of the roster. We even killed his cool combos by replacing them with "funny beam spam infinite damage + meter gain, and also heres free midscreen ki blast rejumps / loops" so yeah hell nah. Slow down jS startup again (shouldn't be jL speeds in ANY timeline), slow down / ruin damage scaling on / nuke pure damage of / remove SD cancel / reduce hitstun on 236S beam, shits whack.
    Blue Vegeta: exact same situation as Baby. Weak, unpopular character for a long time. Then buffed, buffed, buffed some more, and now insufferable character you see too much of. My vote (besides the obvious removal of Guardpoint on 214H) is to nerf damage on BBA back to older levels, maybe slow it down a bit closer to old speeds so its not useful as lazy Blockstring filler, and remove one of its cancel options. I think he should lose the special cancel but keep the SD cancel, but I'd be okay with the other way around too ig. Just anything to see it less and incentivize the player to do more interesting things for damage (traditional rejumps, his unique ki blast rejumps, corner rekka kick loops, etc) rather than "hur dur mash Big Bang Attack whenever I can" (in fact, maybe to make him feel more ki blast centric, and to match the fact his blasts have some of the highest stun in the game, maybe make his Ki blasts do more damage / have better scaling than the normal '400 damage a piece' that everyone else has. I think that would be good, and help preserve some uniqueness about him)
    If I didn't mention a character, it means I pretty much 100% agreed with Cloud about it (or with more gimmicky characters, I just don't know about em enough to speak, like Videl and Gotenks)

    Base goku also could get buffs for hand spirit bomb period. Yes, it beats beams but no one uses it because it's not worth it. They gave it otg properties, but j2h isn't special cancelable. Like why. And in longer combos, it's harder to include spirit bomb because of the hitstun. Also mid as an ender because it only links into super spirit bomb and nothing else. Like give j2h groundbounce or special cancels and make spirit bomb a viable combo ender into both level 1 and level 3 instead of just level 3.

    Balance patches are cool, but what this game needs is more stages. Where is the hyperbolic time chamber? Kami’s look out? Tournament of power arena? Roshi’s little island? A gt stage like M2? Beerus’s planet? Come on, we need more. Maybe some more dramatic finishes too.

    I don’t know if I call 17s barrier assist on wrong timing but for me personally it’s 50:50 if it works, lots of times people mash on my assist call and he disappears before he does his blast, it’s not consistent enough for defense calls

    For yamcha, make 214L,M,H consistently antiair moves, there has been too many times where his EX antiair straight up gets beat by a j.H... a j.H. Make 2m more active and extend its hitbox (his foot litteraly goes touches some characters and wont hit) give back his old wolf fang fist flash, slightly faster 5M just enough so it doesn't straight up get beat by mashing when used defensively but not fast enough to not frametrap, faster beam. more consistent double cross up(there are certain situations where if you cross up and try to cross again yamcha will just stay same side and will be just a very slow regular cross up)
    tldr
    1. WFF flash lower recovery
    2. Longer 2M, slightly faster 5M
    3. Buff galeclaws hitbox
    4. Faster beam
    5. more consistent cross up dash.
    and then the fun wacky buff beacuse I just think it'd be cool, let me hold 5H so yamcha only does the backflip, so he basically has Vega's backflip. it'd be cool.

    Regarding Videl. The wake up level three--Gohan's Kamehameha--needs a change. You shouldn't be able to jump between him and Videl and have the move MISS. Turn Gohan around! I'd take a damage nerf to make it work. This is supposed to be a punish for hyper aggressive players, but it only hits people who backdash. That's dumb. It should be anti-meaty, anti-jump in. Also, her counter level-one should work in every situation that UI Goku's works. Why on Earth is it just melee counter?

    Ex moves should only be nerfed singularly, not everyone has broken Ex moves, nerfing them in general would be unfair to everyone else that has only fine Ex moves.
    Btw, Bardock ex lariat should be able to convert into itself, the fact that he has to spend another bar to do a combo out of it makes me think he's really outdated, and yeah also make it ki blast invulnerable, i think those two buffs would be enough for him

      Technically every character should have one EX move that is able to combo from without spending extra bar. And everyone should have a sliding knock down with no bar.

    Reduce the range of normals across the board, make raw tag reactable, revert the meter nerfs and nerf the fusions properly. Finally give trunks air invul on EX shining slash

    I'm not a Jiren apologist but I believe Jiren shouldn't be touched. I think he is a prime example of what a good character is. If anything at all just nerf his damage output a little but.
    As for Bardock, I have some ideas that would give him a place in this game. L and H lariat should be -1 on block. H air lariat should be +1 or +2. M lariat should be a frame one anti-air that gives a combo mid screen with no resources.

    Personally I don't think Frieza needs much. Maybe fix the way 5H works and then make his A assist store your input instead of you having to wait to hold a direction when it's coming out. Other than that I think he's perfect. I wouldn't change anything.

    A16 have a awesome B assist but his L C.grab while 16 frames give him the less dmg overall of all unreactable ones with or without using super, also his 5M having a bigger upper hitbox will improve A LOT his combo rejump routes, without spark the loops are very very inconsistent :/. I say these 2 changes will help him a lot ( dmg buff on C.grab and better Up-hitbox on 5m ) and if they revert the meter nerf on fusions idk 16 can maybe have 25% meterbuff or something, heeeeelp xD

      Bobbydorf found some shit for much bigger damage on 16s L grab. you need a long active frame assist so it starts before 16 level 1, and ends after. Jiren A for example. its goood

      Hell no. His corner combo is super difficult to do. He has no easy combos. And you can't super dash into anything he does. He's a strong character but he's not easy to pick up. I don't think that's reasonable at all

    As a Piccolo main I can't agree with EX moves going back to a bar, I shouldn't have to spend more resources to do hellzone loops in the corner but that's my opinion. EX moves for a bar would probably also butcher Hit and he's not even in a good spot right now. Nice list otherwise

    Kid Buu. So his mechanics necessarily bad. It just takes more work to do simple combos and I think that is fine. He isn't for everyone. I hope they give back his medium starter stomps back. That would be amazing. And mix for his arm ball and return his happy birthday back. Buffing mystic ball for more hit stun would be a plus.

    I think cooler should be nerfed and buffed. Let me explain. I think cooler has the potential to be a very unique character in this game. His OTG (death shaker) should work with all his knockdowns, including his level 3 into a level 1, you should be able to combo on wiff in the corner for extensions and destroy saibamen planted in the ground. The buffs he received are not needed only if they buff his OTG (death shaker) properly.

    8:16 Buff Cooler. Frieza washes Cooler… Has longer normals but is still a Zoner… plus has Golden form.
    Give Cooler a 2L low and correct his Ki Blast on the ground maybe? Make his 3H go full screen.

      @@Kitsune986 Not if he’s full screen. 5M counters it, 5H counters it, all his projectiles counter it while full screen. Quarter Circle back special is too slow to counter anything Frieza does. Beam is too slow as well. Ki blast doesn’t have a good angle to contest.

      3H literally goes 90% of the screen. A microdash into 3H and it's super free. You do know that Cooler can use his beam in the air, right? And Freeza can't do anything about it? Also, j.S is an amazing sniping tool.

      There's also how his DP will sometimes get low profiled and 2H will whiff because of the forward momentum. Which is also a problem 3H has. SD will just curve right around it.
      His hitstun decay is still kind of ass and if his A assist could get a blockstun buff and his B assist get a buff to how fast it travels, that would be awesome.
      Just those things and I'd be happy

    Ginyu calling two members for S really ended up unlocking new combos and I feel like an adjustment like holding down the ki blast button should determine whether you get one or two (holding down gives you two and a press gives you one member maybe?)
