I started cooking up as a hobby but Rio made me realize it’s more than that. I’d be lying if I said Rio wasn’t my inspiration to cook up daily. A year has passed of cooking daily beats from scratch and I have finally found myself, the progress is showing and seeing my sound evolve is the best feeling. Rio is my guidance because whenever I’m getting burnt out, I remember how much Rio has achieved at only 20. The consistent goat.
Thanks for the videos, Rio. More ideas for videos: 1) the three biggest struggles you faced while becoming a better producer and the specific tricks that let you overcome those problems 2) the three biggest changes to your mindset that helped you make better music ("Don't overthink shit" being a good example) 3) your tricks for creating those crazy elaborate harmonies and melodies -- what's in your bag of tricks that helps you figure out quickly what works and what doesn't? What goes through your head when doing that? (I'm especially curious about writing good countermelodies).
I feel like watching your everyday shit reminds me of where i want to be and its a huge motivation to get back cooking. Helps keeping my eyes on the prize. Much love Rio keep goin
Love this Format Rio. Watching this has thought me more than some tutorials, it’s good to see the humanness behind everything and just the raw actual process, seeing how you guys play around with sounds and plugins but not just perfectly cut for RUclips helps to understand more of the process too Thanks for pouring out into the community man 🤙🏼
Can you do a video about mixing and how shit should sound when sending out beats and things you should consider when sending out Beats. Prectly everything important about sending out Beats ?😂
You should critique subscribers beats who submit them to you. thank you for your content. I’ve learned a lot and I’m still in garage band but I’ve only been doing beats everyday for like 7 months
Amazing video rio I love how you just showed the rawness I’m 17 and I want to become a huge producer so I’m going to college to do that but i I want to start early and I always have a hard time on RUclips to figure out where to begin because theirs not a set example on where you begin I would say keep making Vlogs like these and make a beginner tut down to the literally basic of what you’ll need to know to be successful keep up the great work rio!
rio we love the content you make & as a long term advice just upload what you feel like making. me and i think i can say for alot of people enjoy everything you upload.
Hi Rio i really love watching your videos because its some awesome content and its rlly inspiring. Could u make like a video where u show couple ways how to start off a new beat because i always watch your livestreams and u just never seem to struggle with starting the beat, for me personally and i think im not the only 1 is starting the beat or getting the 1st idea down for the beat, that would be really awesome... btw congrats on BACK OUTSIDE BOYZ im watching your videos for a longer time and its rlly crazy to see how much u grind and progress. Have a great day Rio bye😁😎
Those pedals are 🔥 the plasma is my go to on 808 distortion and the Hedra is a great delay/pitch shifter. It can widen mono things but it also has built in auto tune and pitch shifting for vocals and can be used as a vovcoder with midi. Definitely worth learning
i think a great idea will be a video of your sending beats/samples routine, how often do you hit back for material that you send, you use email to send out files or you just send messages, dropbox links, how you name the folders that you´re sending, all of that i think it will be very helpfull!!
I started like 4 months ago making trap and the amount of progress/improvement is INSANE months ago i was wondering how i was gonna make beats and here i am everything and all you and mira are my biggest inspirations for real 🙏🏼
Im glad the algorithm brought me here, nice content. Inspiring. One question pls, what do you use to produce? A laptop or PC? Im tryin yo get some gear. Could you tell me the specs? So i could save money for something similar.
Try to make some fire melodies without using rly expensive preset/one shot banks or anything. That would be helpful for someone thats broke.... like me...
Teach us how to become a melody god and music theory for making melodies and counter melodies, keeping things in key. How to create 808 patterns that match and are in key with any melodies/loops..
bro whats that 808 that noah was using on the first beat he made when you cam in, I keep seeing it on tiktok it reminds me of dom corleo type shit, I NEED IIITTT
i think i speak for many others when i say a video of your mixing process would be super useful. ex. make a beat from scratch and show how you go about panning and so on.
Can you make some tutorials about making melodies with leads and ultra crazy bounce? Been havin some troubles with that lately and i would love to see one from you bro bro love from Poland 🇵🇱
another great video! you're def one of my inspirations for producing, and with 1 year down I've managed to get a few songs under my belt, with friends, local people etc. could you possibly do a video explaining the financial side for producers? not even a whole video, but can you speak on it or share any advice? it would mean a lot!
Idea: A day in the life before you got famous, the things you did right, some things you learned from, how you expanded and networked, etc. i feel like this could help a lot of people out, keep up the hard work!
Rio got the best idea ever u should make a video where u use fiver to make either a song or a beat and my other idea for a video is something to do with ur discord community
I think the biggest block for producers who are turning to the internet for help is making money or getting exposure through their music, make a vid on that.

Way cool to watch you collaborating with your mates, all those heads bopping to the rhythms.❤️

I feel like watching your everyday shit reminds me of where i want to be and its a huge motivation to get back cooking. Helps keeping my eyes on the prize. Much love Rio keep goin
The reason I respect rio so much is because he does what’s called “paying it forward”
Bro looks to help as he was helped when he started. 💯

Bro you need to adjust your shutter speed to double the frames you're shooting at so you can get smooth footage.
A German friend of mine studied in California for a semester and suffered a gastric hernia from the American sweets.
Man Rio really came through and made it😤, I’m so proud of u!
Can you do a video about mixing and how shit should sound when sending out beats and things you should consider when sending out Beats.

The ambience in Slip 😩😩😩🔥💨💨so you the one who made the beat 🤔🤔💨🔥
You should critique subscribers beats who submit them to you. thank you for your content. I’ve learned a lot and I’m still in garage band but I’ve only been doing beats everyday for like 7 months

How did you get your name out there to start working with artists?
Those pedals are 🔥 the plasma is my go to on 808 distortion and the Hedra is a great delay/pitch shifter. It can widen mono things but it also has built in auto tune and pitch shifting for vocals and can be used as a vovcoder with midi. Definitely worth learning

keep doing these videos pleaaase!
a cool video idea would be, teaching a subscriber from beginner to platinum, and seeing the change in the melody work, the drums, mixing, etc.
Rio! Get the "blooper" pedal!
Most lit vlog I ever seen and I just listened to it while I was taking a shower
Breakdowns or tips help, but sometimes just jamming out is inspiring

bro is 1 in a billion thanks for sharing and teaching us homie! I got 13 years deep and your networking tips is what i seem i was missing
hey rio can yo do a video on bounce and give examples of common drum patterns and when to use them I think it would help new producers a lot.
Try to make some fire melodies without using rly expensive preset/one shot banks or anything. That would be helpful for someone thats broke.... like me...
Teach us how to become a melody god and music theory for making melodies and counter melodies, keeping things in key. How to create 808 patterns that match and are in key with any melodies/loops..

in one of your videos you already kinda explain selling beats online, but could you do like an updated version or one to start 2023? thank you!
Idea: A day in the life before you got famous, the things you did right, some things you learned from, how you expanded and networked, etc. i feel like this could help a lot of people out, keep up the hard work!
Wanna see a video on how to get placements, and how you get your beats/loops out there
I really would love to see networking and content creating tutorials.
I think, that’s where I am lacking the most.

Keep doing what your doing bro , I FW the fact that we get to be along on the ride. BTW, what kind if stand you need man?
Rio got the best idea ever u should make a video where u use fiver to make either a song or a beat and my other idea for a video is something to do with ur discord community
I think the biggest block for producers who are turning to the internet for help is making money or getting exposure through their music, make a vid on that.

Rio starting the day the brick squad way (1017 brrr 🥶)
Same here, Sugar tax is heavy in South Africa 🇿🇦 shit ain't sweet 😠
Honestly you could throw in how to find producer friends and people that are actually down to progress and not into the movement u know..
marketing and networking tips as a producer and artist would be awesome. love the video !
you are a lot more musically inclined than i originally thought.
Imma prod with u one day rio😔👆🧍♂️
Hey Rio, if you still have that drum loop, i think some good latin guitar runs will sound cosmic on it.
first beat is not normal man wow, super fuck with that sound😮💨
How do you go from being a producer that can cook up fire, to working with big artists like drake in ur case?
Bro took a lil break after blowing up 😂 come back catch a vibe brother
