I’d suggest watching the original video from when the cut was first done 2-3 years ago. The client wanted most of the damaged/over processed hair to be removed as well as attempt following the pic style. She compromised.
Why not wash her hair properly!!! The stylist has just chopped into her client hair, no finesse, the hair was rushed. This hair cut is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!

She had the picture, that's OK, but I wonder if she had unreasonable demands. Also how many of us would put our own styling stuff in our own hair while the stylist is finishing off our hair. The stylist appeared to be gruff... Was that down to being out of her depth or the demanding client, but we saw this by rough combing, brutal!! Cutting with no care... Well seemingly no care. No time taken to tidy edges, specially around the ears! I couldn't tell if the client liked her cut or not, but she did fuss around with her own hair near the end. Not the best experience I've seen.

In every cut the clients are drenched with a spray bottle I never see them using any products on clients I would never spray the client down with water at their work station there was far too much tension pulled through her comb for curly hair this will shrink and be uneven

I'd say clients like this one, which seem to account for the majority of the clients in this salon, opt for the cheapest cut. Most just spray the hair with water before cutting. If the hair is not clean, and has a build up of products, it's difficult to cut it properly. Clean, freshly washed hair whether wet or dry, is much easier to cut, and will look better after cutting. This lady has a massive, uneven patch of yellow blonde hair, and her own darker, greying hair in-between. That makes the finished look even worse. The way she's fiddling about with it, it's obvious she's expecting a great result. But unless people are willing to spend a bit more for a proper cut and finish, they can't expect much!

Woman`s hair was in a really bad condition and in definite need of a lot shorter good haircut. Unfortunately she ended up going shorter but given a hideous cut by the supposed stylist who firstly should`ve sprayed in an instant conditioner to make the clients wrecked hair more manageable to cut and most certainly should`ve advised client against going so short thru top as just wouldn`t suit her , which it didn`t and left her looking scalped. She wanted a Sharon Stone sassy crop and got an ugly almost crew cut instead. Sad advertisement for the hairdressing industry especially to post a video of. Suggest cutter needs retraining quickly.
