For example the keyboardist Hong SoJin not only does IU's concert tours, she arranges some of IU songs (including this song (w/the guitarist Jukjae)). They have arranged more than a couple of IU songs together and separately) She also does a bit of composing and producing (for others including Stella Jang, Jung Seung-hwan ). HSJ also does the same sort of all-over work (recording, gigging, etc) and more of it, for Crush and Sam Kim. She also played for Taeyeon's shortened most recent arena tour as "concert-master". The drummer is also involved w/most of the artists I mentioned. I may give info about Jukjae on a later one of your posts. He has been heavily involved w/IU for a number of years.
