Chanced upon this sweet story. The actors were good and the kids were adorable. The opening scene and their meeting arrangement in a children's park was hilarious. The FL is married, so there's no real kissing scenes. But overall it was a treat since I like both the actors

The beginning of this is everything! This is a cute short drama. Kids are adorable and capable in their parts. ML and FL are gorgeous and work well together. It is funny and heartwarming and will fill the void of those torture dramas. You can save this for a time after you see one of those bad dramas. This will be one of my favorites. Taking a break to watch a regular drama.

I think it's the same logic of favoring the adopted child over the one with blood ties. In real life it's over-compensation, but in drama, it seems like a super ramped up version of over-compensation. I know my problem is trying to apply logic to drama, but I can't help myself. 😂 💖

Oh, both children are beautiful and talented! I look forward to seeing both of them in more dramas! ❤ The little girl especially, already has the aura of a veteran actor. I thought he was just a pretty face for the first scene but he delivers his lines well and is good at using different facial expressions appropriate for the scenes. Love when in this kids dramas even fl is rich... They always show her poor and kids looking for rich daddy, that is so bad like single mother has to be poor and pathetic and only dad can be rich... Loved this drama.
I like that is this, both the FL and the ML are wealthy, but pretend to be poor. In other versions I've see, the FL is always either an ordinary person, or the abandoned daughter of a wealthy family who's living in poverty. It's always the ML who's "testing" whether the FL is "worthy", or a gold digger. I like that in this drama, it's the opposite. FL was once poor (around the time she got pregnant, 5 years before the drama starts) but by the time the story starts, she's already a wealthy CEO, and FL's company and ML"s company are competitors. I like it because it makes the relationship more equal, rather than only the FL having to "prove her worth". Also, imagine finding out your husband has been lying to you about his entire identity, going so far as to get his family to help him lie, for the entire duration of your relationship to "test" whether you are "worthy of being his wife". I don't think a relationship can recover from something like that. Here, however, it's different. Because both lied in the exact same way, I can forgive both of them. Because both made the same mistake, and both "tested" each other, it doesn't create a power imbalance in the relationship. Also, neither really has the right to judge the other for lying, since they're both equally guilty.
I also hate the (usually ML) hides his true wealth trope, but this is the second drama (ever that I recall) I've seen where both of the CP pretend to be poor. I can't remember the other one very well but I laughed because when they confronted each other, both were hiding luxury goods in a their tiny fridge. Hers was makeup or jewelry, and he had fancy name brand underwear hidden. 😂 I laughed so hard.

A great actor very gifted and versatile in all his roles. Fl is pretty too and a great actress. Hope to see both leads in bigger dramas . Fun drama, but for me the comfort drama after torture drama will always be the "10 years one side love" drama.
