The camera doesn't do it justice. That is my favorite place on earth, I'd be there every day if I could but I moved from Maryville to southern California and I'd do just about anything to be back there. That's home.
Nathan, If you videotaped, edited, and put the music to that yourself you are an artist. I suspected it before, but this would confirm it. There are technicians and then there are artists. Beautiful!
I did. Thank you. Appreciate that.
My favorite place in the whole world. That cantilever barn is amazing feat. It's amazing how they did that with just miles an there hands. Thanks for sharing
We used to vacation in the smokies when I was a kid. Been through cades cove many times. I would day dream of what it would be like to live there. That’s a close to heaven on earth as it gets.
Thanks Nathan, wow some beautiful buildings and thanks for showing us around, wonderful. Graham 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Thanks Graham.
That was beautiful - the architecture, the history, the inspiring designs... Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you so much for sharing makes me miss home. Been over sea in the military for almost 3 years❤️❤️
good deal, thanks for watching,
Wow Nathan, simply beautiful! What an amazing video my friend! Thank you!!
Thanks. Appreciate you watching
We must have just missed each other! We were there yesterday (6/20) afternoon. Had a picnic and saw 5 bears! I love seeing this place and the old homesteads.
5? Lucky. We saw 2.
I'm right - Tennessee is the most beautiful state in the country. Your film work and editing and music selection is top notch too.
Thanks 👍👍
such beautiful country. fantastic musical pairing. has me wishing I could move out there. you have no idea how bad I miss being near trees.
Nice history lesson brother. Beautiful homestead. Thanks for sharing
Great production. Thank you for sharing. Very interesting how the buildings are on stones.
Thanks.
Wow. I once had a doctor friend in Knoxville. Her family lineage included some who lived in Cades Cove. She showed me a cabin or two where they lived. Marvelous.
Thank you OTW. Looks so peaceful their.
Thanks for watching,
You have the best music on your channel.
Thanks!
Thank you for this video! My wife’s maternal family is from Kingsport and remember the drives up to see her Granny.... We miss the drive from Greensboro and the sights along the way. Brings back memories of going up for Thanksgiving and Easter.
Would love to come up one more time to smell Kingsport for old times sake. For those who don’t know, Eastman Kodak (now Eastman) has their plant there and produced chemicals for their film processing business and the Holstein Army Ammunition plant. That area is truly a gift from God in its beauty.
Thanks again for the memories....
Although, I really wait for your videos, this was a really relaxing, well done video. Your editing skills seem to get better every week. All in all it was a great 6 minutes of my day. Thankes Nathan, keep them coming.
Thanks. Appreciate it
Cades Cove is one of my favorite places to visit. I really like the drone shots.
Thanks Scott,
Beautiful country out there enjoyed the video!
My favorite place on earth. Hope to retire there someday. I will be going up there sunday for the week.
Perfect way to close the week, thank you for making Friday a little easier. We appreciate all the work you put into the videos as your efforts go a long way.
I appreciate that, thank you,
Fantastic video. Enjoy them all!!!

Beautifully done. I was just over there a few weeks ago and it's such a unique place. Thumbs up
Thanks appreciate you watching,
My family and i loved visiting there at least four times a year when we were stationed in knoxville that last four years. Very beautiful meadows, waterfalls, cabins, churches, wildlife, and more. Thank you for the video! Now i wont have to rely on memory too too much.
Good deal. Glad you enjoyed it
who hit thumbs down?? great video, well done, looks like a nice place,
thanks!
You might have seen the names of Tipton and Whitehead around there, that's some of my ancestors that were there from the start ! 😊
It is a mighty beautiful place, I need to go back more often, been a couple of years and I do miss it !
Thanks for sharing and take care. 👍 👍
Video enjoyed, if a picture is worth a thousand words then surely this vids worth a million nice work
Thanks. Appreciate that
This is very interesting . Don't forget to put more of this kind of content in to future postings . 10 out of 10
Thanks Bob
Ten plus million people visit the GSMNP and we have been there every year for the past 15 yrs.....Cades Cove loop road is the theme on my PC monitor with a black bear walking down the road....Your drone photography was special, real nice work getting all that footage without tourists in your scene....Ill keep watching from the Buckeye State ...till we get down your way again....
Been there three times wow great video now I want to go back again. Thanks. Well done. Great work. .
Thanks Scott, appreciate you watching,
Now you're in my neck 'o the woods. I live in Maryville and can be in Cade's Cove in about 20 minutes. I don't go very often, however, because of the traffic and crowds on the one way loop around the cove. But I absolutely love this part of Tennessee! I grew up in Texas, moved to Georgia in '87, then moved here in '99. Never plan on going anywhere else!
I live about 90 miles from there. Great place if you can avoid the traffic.
I used to coach football at Maryville College...1978-1982...
What a stunningly beautiful part of the world, thanks for sharing Nathan
good deal, Thanks for watching Tim,
I'll add my thanks for taking the time to show us this spot of our amazing America, for those, like me, who are likely to never get to that area to see it for ourselves...
Blood pressure dropped 10 points, very peaceful thanks
my goal has been achieved, glad it helped,
Thanks for watching,
Great comment and expression of the impact this video had for you!
love that place, well done,
Thanks
Thanks Nathan for a great video. Many years ago, one of my best friends and riding brother who was from Knoxville, turned me on to this beautiful area of the US. I believe the Smokies are one of the most beautiful places on earth.
That's a awesome place, we love to go there.
That’s when building ‘s we’re built to last..what beautiful craftmenship our four fathers received from their four fathers.....T.Gunz
Well said. Thanks for watching
I am with you Tommy,
First time seeing this video. I've been to Cades Cove too but it's been awhile. Thanks for the video.
Beautiful area, enjoy!

I've been there it's a nice place for a visit sometimes the roads are blocked because of the bears
My family is from there. I visited there for the first time a couple years ago. Thank you for sharing your trip.
Good deal. Thank you for watching
Cherokee are my people! You should kick around for some arrow heads. I found a native american fishing weight today while hiking in TX. Thanks for sharing love the steep roof cabin.
Beautiful, good music too. Thank you brother.
👍 thanks for watching
Nathan, I appreciate the video! The beauty of the buildings with their rustic quality coupled with the awesome countryside scenery is overwhelming. Your selection of background music is spot on. I thoroughly enjoy your channel!
Thanks glad you liked it!
Beautiful shots, Nathan! Spectacular country up there!👏
Nice video Nathan. We were in Sevierville this past April for a few days. I wanted to get over to Cade’s Cove, however circumstances prevented it. You live in a beautiful area.
Beautiful day, looking forward to our next visit 🐻

Jim
Thanks James, trying to get better with that drone,
I love this place. I have been here many times.I love looking for bears there. Ron
We saw two bears today but didn't get any good footage of them,
Great video buddy
Thanks Scott
Beautiful video and place ! I hope someone starts some roof repairs on some of those structures before any are lost to the weather ?
they appear to be well maintained, I have been there several times over the years and never noticed any troubles,
Was there just a week ago - great place.....
👍
Beautiful video. Thanks for taking us along. Really enjoyed the music too. I think Patara at Apalachian Homestead made a video there. As I recall it was a war reinactment?
Not sure.
great place.
Mid-America, truly God's country. Nice video, thanks.
👍
I love how this just uploaded and people thumbs down it instantly. You put out some really great videos and maybe someday I'll be on your level. Keep up the great work and greetings from a fellow Tennessean
Yeah some people just like to give the 👎
great video was there last December great place.you did a nice job on shooting it.the rangers didn't give you a hard time about flying the drone to shoot this
Very nice Nathan. Trying to get caught up on RUclips. We almost went to Caves Cove the last day we were in Gatlinburg last year I was telling you about. Started the drive and decided we'd just head on back home instead. Wishing we would have went now. Showed the wife your video and she said let's go back. So might be heading back up your way again soon lol.
Come on over 👍
Just might do that if I get half the chance. Put my down payment down on the LT35HD last week too by the way. Picking it up on the 25th.
Good deal. Buy from Indy?
Awesome
My maternal great (many times) left Lookout Mt. TN back in 1840 to cross the plains to Ca. After seeing your vid I wonder why they left. Thanks for your efforts producing this.
you welcome, thanks for watching,
Nice change of pace. I've heard of Cades Cove but I never had a chance to visit. Thanks for a glimpse at all that serenity. Now run I think I saw a bear coming up that trail head!
We saw 2 today. Lol.
See I told you. Haha
Nice video. That double pen barn has some overhang. Looks like some of those cabins need some maintenance.
Yes that barn is my favorite
ange that ive been reading about this place and then you pu up a video on it good video nathan, have a great day my friend
Thanks Gene, appreciate you watching,
Hey, You are pretty good with the camera also!!
I try 👍👍
Lovely place, thanks
agreed, thank you for watching,
That one barn was interesting, looked like a lot of weight overhanging the sides. Sure hope it’s pretty sound inside, made me a little nervous just looking at it👍🇺🇸
It’s been there for years. Very unique design.
Nice.
Isn't it amazing that the double-bunk base is still holding up that second floor of that barn?
Yes. Very solid engineering
Great production Nathen.
Fades were well edited
Do you use a Mavic Pro for the drone segments?
Peace and God Bless
Thanks. I use a mavic air.
Thanks for watching
Hi I had uncle an aunt that was that looked after Cade’s cove we use to go c them they bee hives he would give us honey if the bears. Didn’t rob it he. Would all ways take us places people couldn’t go they both have died now but that’s a beautiful place we go there every other ur stay on Townsend r pid forge
I have a buddy that’s a ranger now. Talk about a great place to work.
We always enjoyed it there! Lot of similar stuff around here in Granville! You been over by Rugby and the Big South Fork area?
not yet, will have to check those out,
www.granvilletn.com
Charlie M: Big South Fork is in our backyard! BIG area to roam or ride. It’s opposite of being out of the woods; it’s nothing but woods. 😎
They sure dont build them like that now. The original off the grid life...👍
Agreed 👍👍
Just past the tunnel at 1:18 is a pulloff on the right...I was trout fishing right there one day and a car pulled over...Tourists from Ohio...A lady got out of the car and had a camera...She hollered down to me and said, "Sir!"... I said "Yes, ma'am?"
She said "would you catch a fish so I can get a picture?"
I didn't laugh or crack a smile...I said, "Well, how big a fish do you want?"
Her husband came around and told her "Get in the car!! Get in the car!!! Do you how stupid that was?"
They then drove off.....
They were caretakers
Too bad they forced the owners off their property...
agreed,
