Please I would like to ask, in terms of the years of experience or the scale of pay, does someone that just finished from the university and probably has done internship stand any chance?
Internship is 1 year and after intern you have another year, go for it

Hi, you’re welcome. The English exam is IELTS or OET
@@UcheAgoh what's the ideal band for nurses
@@EjelonuOnuohaAmarachiEunice The minimum IELTS score required by the NMBI is an overall band of 7.0, with a minimum of 7.0 in speaking and listening and 6.5 in reading and writing
@@UcheAgohI scored this. Pls I need help. Do you really mean 6.5 in both reading and writing? I heard 6.5 in only one module while the rest including speaking is 7.0 minimum.

Pls, how's the job market like recently? Heard it's become difficult finding a job since the introduction of the red list like the uk
The job market in Ireland has been somewhat challenging recently, though it hasn’t faced the same drastic restrictions as the UK with its “red list” for skilled workers. But still possible to get a job
Hi Nrs. Uche, Thank you for this enlightenment.
However, my question is, is there any point i need my license during the registration process?
Or its just my certificate that's needed?
Thank you for the good works you do.
You need your License for License Verification
Ok. Yes I know about that for verification.
I mean will it be required by the NMBI during registration?
U won’t require it at the point of registration before payment. But you will require it when you pay NMBI for your registration
@@UcheAgoh Alright Nrs.Uche.
I appreciate your timely response.
God bless you
Do I need to send verification from my home country by my nursing council to Ireland
Yes
Thanks for the information but verification process from NMCN is on a stand still. Is there any option?
@@zinookoro1797 unfortunately may have to wait
Thank you so much for the clarifications @UcheAgoh. Please, can you clarify me on the accommodation situation for foreigners in Ireland as of now? Thank you
The accommodation situation for foreigners in Ireland, especially in cities like Dublin, is challenging due to high demand and low housing supply. Rental prices are high, with one-bedroom apartments in Dublin often costing over €1,500 per month. Most foreigners use websites like Daft.ie or Rent.ie to find private rentals, either shared or individual apartments. Finding affordable housing can be difficult, especially for newcomers.
