Be careful if you go dancing in the press on nails- years ago I was jitter bugging with a guy who probably had had one drink too many and when he spun me away, our hands slipped and some of my nails came off in his hand. He thought the had ripped off my real nails and totally freaked out on the dance floor. 🤣

So just a tip.. the jewelry making section at Walmart, where the beads and such are... they sell little bags of the exact same jewels the nail salons charge so much money for. Get a pack for 3 bucks, use e6000 glue to glue them on your nails (not super glue.. super glue doesnt last as long and will make your jewels cloudy if you get any on them) and *BAM* you have your own jeweled nails for 3 bucks!! Oh also, the ones that are press on, the ones that dont need glue are *SO* much better than these with the super glue. They oddly bond to your nail and last me up to 2 weeks and I work with my hands. They smell like nail polish and are more flexible than a plastic nail but they're amazing!

I was in an ambulance for almost 2 hrs and was in the worst pain I’ve ever been in and I was so embarrassed with my skin peeling all over the place. It was so funny though. Maybe it was a little distraction from the horrific pain. I had my husband bring me socks to the hospital. I’ll never use them again. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I have a tip for the foot booties. Put them on, then put shoes or thick socks on over them. It will keep the booties up against the skin and will be much easier to walk.
Foot peel hacks I’ve discovered after doing it for 4 years 1.) soak feet like you said but don’t fully dry them. Just pat the skin dry and pop them on 2.) buff off as much of your big calluses as you can. If it’s too thick it won’t work 3.) put socks over the booties to make walking easier and also hold the chemical evenly against the skin 4.) don’t use any lotion on the skin until peeling starts. The faster your feet dry up the faster you peel. 5.) once you start peeling soak feet in warm water and very gently scrub with a washcloth every night. It will significantly speed up peeling. 6.) NEVER pull on the dead skin. It is extremely tempting I know but if you pull an it is still attached you are damaging the new skin layer underneath. You are meant to let it come off naturally or with light scrubbing. If you have a large piece hanging off you can cut it off so it doesn’t get caught. 6.) wear socks to bed. Not mandatory but helpful. Your bed will fill up with dead skin chunks if you don’t keep them contained in socks.

I get the ones from dollar general or dollar tree, use the kiss glue, my tip put them on at night. Lasts 3 weeks or more. I get so many complements on my dollar tree nails, exception 12 ct, so I buy two sets same color.
