I can tell Kris Middleton is well liked in the league because people just won't admit that he's the one holding the Bucks back. Maybe you try to trade for Alex Caruso, someone who can play D, doesn't need the ball to be effective.

Gilbert indicated from the jump that this coach will not improve the team and that the move was not right. At current we do not know who or whom was the trigger to drop the coach but one thing is for sure RIVERS IS NOT A SUCCESSFUL COACH. Not only is he the catalyst for their 50/50, not only did his moves behind the scene potentially ruin Adrian Griffin's career from the jump, but I blame Rivers for the deterioration of Ben Simmons. As a coach, on live tv, he threw a young talent, at a professional low time, that essentially he was at fault. Gilbert was the leader of the team he was on, he was a top player in the league (and team as well) and he was making a clear positioned statement about a coach that was ultimately correct (and honest) assessment. Will other owners take heed of what their top players say regarding coaches? This is a moment that not only Milwaukee should learn from but all professional teams in professional leagues.

They should have kept with Griffin. He tried to make them more versatile on defence, as Bud's strategy was being outplayed by current playing styles. But he could adjust, it was too early in the season.. Their mistake was listening to Giannis who had leverage over contract and hired Griffin instead of Nurse. As a coach, on live tv, he threw a young talent, at a professional low time, that essentially he was at fault.
Gilbert was the leader of the team he was on, he was a top player in the league (and team as well) and he was making a clear positioned statement about a coach that was ultimately correct (and honest) assessment.
