Jon, the steering wheel is a marvellous job - a credit to you. But, you should have masked off those bores, brake fluid will wreak havoc when it gets into those calipers.

Have you got a link for that resistor mate, wouldn’t mind having a go at changing out my steering wheel 😂 looks good yours, I seriously thought you had to change for a non adjustable colum to fit an rs wheel

Easy I've had a 4 spoke rs steering wheel on my mk7 feista for years, black insulation tape is as good as a resistor
