Thanks for the improved subs! Could you do a lesson on proper weight transfer on the FH & how to synchronize the lower body with the upper body during the swing? I.e. what moves first during the forward swing, leg, shoulder, arm, hips…? And what is the whole sequence?
@warrenlee777 0 seconds ago It is a best piece of advice ever I had since 1979. My first coach gave me same comment on my lesson. Even I am a weekend player, this could be applied to every sutuation. Overcoming nervousness enhances your mental toughness and skills.
in my opinion it is just the keeping serving motion simple. example is like junior players like to jump on their serve although their core is weak which can cause problems with balance
The internet - where you actually see a recreational hacker trying to tell a Wimbledon quarterfinalist (who took a set off Pete Sampras in his prime and on his way to winning) that he is "pretentious". Unbelievable smug stupidity.
Actions speak louder than words. More demonstrations please!
this man did not age at all wow lol
Excellent explanation to keep body still and simplify serve. Luckily i have always found it easy and never understood why most find it so hard.
He is an amazing motivational speaker. Thank you Mr. Shuzo ❤

Sorry, I don't get this guy. Seems pretentious and no new concept from him. Thumb down.

I think the assessment is depending on the person but think no need to thumb down to this. It’s a different talking but he got top 8 at Wimbledon 1995
