My wife and I have followed you for a long time. You’re one of the reason I got into triathlon 10 years ago. I’m still here competing and challenging myself. You’re loved by so many people.
No matter what you do I'll always root for you. When I was a H.S. XC runner I saw you win in San Diego right in front my of house in Mission Beach. No one will do what you did. Queen of Tri.
So glad to see you racing again! I just re-watched all your 2014-15 ITU WTCS races. That stretch of wins is the most amazing display of fitness and execution I have seen in any sport. You are such an inspiration and I look forward to seeing you on that WTCS podium again.
"I felt like I was always injured running". God I can relate so much with this. Niggle here, pain there, injuries, feeling tired, trigger points, tightness, foam rolling, dry needling, stretching, strengthening, you name it just an endless cycle. (Yet I am still running a marathon this fall😅)
Having lived in korea for a lttle over a year back in the 90s i can attest to what you say about S Korea..Amazing views and an underrated great place to live
Cool, sign me up for the Boulder B&B +workout with Gwen (and breakfast from Pat, lol)!! God bless the continuing journey, Megan 🙏💪 ps. Happy Blessed 10th Anniversary; enjoy the vaca! 💞
@GwenJorgensen yeah true. Our Aussie girls that were in the 5k did about 15min. Maybe you would just have to run it differently and push the pace early on, or make a move with 2km to go.

More to come!
You are such an inspiration Gwen ❤
Do you have any desire to do a 70.3 and try some long course stuff?
not at the moment.

Congrats on being mostly healed. Wishing you well - thanks for sharing your thoughts during your long run.
Glad you still think you've more to give at the Tri'- I think so also...
Looking forward to watching you achieving your goals...
Great video. Love watching you on your journey

Great video idea
I am glad you are training again. Hoping Los Angeles Olympic is in your plan. 🤗❤
Gwen! Great video. Your bro from Scotland. :)

Always love the videos. How will you know when you have mastered Triathlon?
when I can't give any more
I have a question for the next Q&A run... is your partner/cameraman running or on a bike? Or just hovering? What's the camera set up?
on a bike
👏🏼👏🏼
Do a marathon on a Full Ironman. Easy.
How about T100?🤩😎☀️ or supertri?
supertri would be fun, but it's a lot of travel and i am not currently on a team
I'm a lot more hesitant and nervous when I pass the cows in such close quarters.
ya i'm probably a little too whimsical
afraid of cows? (you are probably american!)
hello gwen, do I gotten trained by you in original?
Random thought, but I reckon you would make it to the Olympic final in the 5000m on the track
hahaha I do not have enough speeeeeed. Those girls all are really fast over the last 800m

What are your thoughts about Red Light Therapy?
not enough research done by me yet
Do you regret retiring from triathlon after rio and losing five years instead of continuing to build towards Tokyo n Paris
not at all. It's not worth doing something when your heart is not in it.
Do you ever talk with Shalane?
i'm really bad at keeping in touch with people
Hey, stop putting in long and intense workouts, now train more easy and then race fast!!
this was like 4:45avg/km over 14km for a long run....for my race pace and distance that is short and easy
