Marshawn Lynch's family was the first family on Bar Rescue that ACTUALLY cared, and wanted to help improve and weren't just mooching off their relative. They loved each other, didn't fight, loved their customers, and were just fun and happy. Were they failing? Yes; because they were inexperienced needed direction. Once they got it, they stepped up. It was touching to see.

Jon Taffer really reminds me of my old teacher in middle and high-school. A great life mentor, a coach and even a father figure. I really miss him. He even took the time to teach us to file taxes, basic money management and the basics of economics. He taught us basic skills, writing a resume and how to talk and interact in an interview.

I remember I worked at this brand new bar as a cook. I walked in on my first shift, saw every other kitchen member touch raw chicken and steak and proceed to serve cooked food. No gloves or hand washing. I had talked to the other kitchen members about it and how they could make people sick. I saw it keep happening, told my boss that there needs to be food safety procedures because people could get seriously ill. Finished my shift and was fired as I clocked out. I get I’m the new guy, but food safety is imperative to keep a business in business. Don’t visit Brass Tap in Huntsville, AL.
Side note- I was not coming across as a douche, I told them that it’s unsafe and suggested that they should practice food safety.

Marshawn Lynch so cool and humble. We partied with him in Vegas at Drai’s in his section. I think he’s the most down to earth celeb I’ve ever met

Marshawn Lynch is such a good man. What a great episode and fantastic family. They really just didn’t know the business enough, once they had the little direction they were flying.

I wish we all had someone like Jon Taffer to yell at us every time we procrastinate or waste an opportunity... never know how many lives could be changed for the better with some aggressive, yet positive reinforcement.
