I'll tell u how it is made. They mix acids into a tank and send it to a big tank. Then mix the caffeines aspartames, depending on diet, zero, regular, etc then send it to the big tank. Then add the flavorings and send it to the big tank. Then send the rest of the water and HFCS required to fulfill the specs of the batch and then the tank stirs it and it sits until it's time to run when it gets mixed with water and CO2. 😬
My dad used to work at Pepsi, at a can plant, and he took me there a few times when I was a kid. This brings back memories! I’ve seen all this back then, It was so amazing! And that was back in the late 80s, early 90s! So, it doesn’t seem to have changed much at all since!

It's really great to see my favorite drink manufactured, bottled/canned. I had always found PEPSI products tasting better than Coke counterparts and for this reason, I find Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up, Mountain Dew among my favorites! Really enjoyed this video and the detailed look at how Pepsi is made! The production process is fascinating. that said, I do wonder if the whole soda industry is still contributing to the health issues we see today. I mean, shouldn't we be focusing more on healthier alternatives instead of just perfecting the process of making sugary drinks? Just a thought!
