Even with the one t-top exiting the chat very early that was a great side by side 8.80 pass from both cars and too bad that the two of you weren't racing each other and both of you cut a good light and left side by side because that would've made for a great race with the both of you going 8.83 and 8.81 and both of you went through the traps at 156mph
And at pretty much all of the drag and drive events everyone acts and treats everyone like family but I have been drag racing or going to the drag strip all of my life and everyone has always treated each other like family but I can say within the past 15 years it has changed and unless you go to the track with a bunch of other people or know a bunch of other people at the track then you can hang it when you need help or need a part while you're at the track and it's a shame if you ask me but nowadays you have a bunch of kids at the track that think they know it all and that is being nice about it but if you have a RUclips channel and you covered your entire RMRW and Drag Week or any drag racing videos I would be a subscriber
Everyone should do a Race Week style event but I think you should start out with Midwest Drags because it's one of the shortest events and so is Hot Rod Drag Weekend and if you don't have a car you want to race then do one of the cruises like Hot Rod Power Tour and RMCW Rocky Mountain Cruise Week and take a dependable daily driver
Cleetus and Crew do RMRW 1.0 more than they do 2.0 and they have Ruby in the 8.50 class as well so they don't have to try and run the car with it's tongue out all week and that car has been mid 7s just letting you guys know that and I don't know why they don't put the car in the Rowdy Radial class and I think you guys should run that class as well
Rowdy Radial is on 235’s, major props to those guys running that class. I think mine can run 7.8-7.9, but not too sure about that high elevation. 8.50’s might take some effort
That was Matt from 1320. And he lost it right in front of me. Lol. Was a good time. Wish I would’ve went to bed because I was 9th overall. Then in the morning was moved up to 8th. Lol. Was great time all in all.
Please tell Brady that he's butchering the name of that town, and I really don't think he's from North of the salt belt. It's pronounced N-us, heavy on the N, and the us covers the second syllable. Sorry, but it hurts my ears, as when someone slowly drags both hands with long finger nails down a old chalkboard from the very top all the way to the bottom. To make amends for my being rough on him, he did heck of job pulling off his standings in the events. Especially considering he did it in the heaviest version of the of all the F bodies that GM ever built, and also the body style that flexes almost as badly as a full convertible does. I'd say he has unibody sub frame connectors, as well as the reinforcement plate across the transmission tunnel. Intercooler would be easily supplied with airflow, simply build a piece of ductwork that covers majority of the lower airdam, transition it to Intercooler width as you turn radius up in front of Intercooler. Then as it turns up make the ductwork slightly deeper on narrow sides, and go up few inches on heel side away from Intercooler, and roll a slight radius turn towards the Intercooler, but make sure to turn a1/2" hem onto the leaving edges of the ductwork to reinforcement the metal. Same on the leading edges of the entering part under the air dam, and I would think as speed increases down the track, you'll find that more than enough airflow is available for both the Intercooler as well as the radiator, probably the condenser coils as well if it's still running the a/c since it is a street car making the drag n drive circuit. I'd also advise making a number of supports to reinforce the bottom of the ductwork on the entering air side. Just a practical suggestion, and something easily tried to verify it's a viable solution to your problem, and if nothing else it will definitely increase airflow that the late model F bodies suffer from from factory designed to be cosmetic more so than actually functional. Appreciate the movie Joe the fabricator, tuner, driver, and part time IT tech nerd of the best kind Except you just can't get paid if full from that deadbeat who owes at least half the ice cream production from both Braum's, and Blue Bell combined yearly production. If you need Joe, I gotta a friend that knows somebody, and that person has a couple distant cousins from a third world country, that could convince the person that in arrears on the payments owed if you should want to seriously collect on said person's accounts owed. But I know nuthin bout nuthin, and this comment will self-destruct as soon as you start reading, and will be slightly behind your point of vision as you proceed down the verbiage. Sorry, sometimes my imagination gets the better of the logical part if my last cell of gray matter, but the ductwork is very suitable answer to the airflow characteristics of the F body, as well as others with limited airflow designs. Please don't ask how I know anything about such things as what was mentioned in all that above, because I'm sworn to secrecy by people in black SUV's, that are employers have letters instead of normal corporate names. Congrats Brady , we'll done!

Congrats, you guys should give sick week a thought Coolest weather and all killer tracks.
Yeah for sure! Sick week is just a far drive for us to get to…
It would be fun for sure!
