Wow, this is the only video of this I could find. Such an iconic moment seeing a truce struck with the Turks. So glad that the game gave us this option. I definitely took advantage of it back when I played :)
I remember reading somewhere that after this, they meet up with the other Turks (who are later introduced in different spinoff media) and help with the evacuation of Midgar. The former leader Turk comes back as well to guide them in doing so. Apparently, the Turks are loyal to Rufus and it was Heidegger and Scarlet who were running things during this mission.
@@joevines3428Shinra killed thousands they were just the tool used and if not them some other people. Turks are vicious and horrible people but at the end of the day they are just following orders.

This sounds even more sad than if you choose to beat them up.... it’s like the Turks are over as Reno bids farewell and walks away.

They did kill thousands of innocent people in the sector 7 slums.
