@@GOTGames If I might make a recommendation about Gura and Okayu's Mogu Mogu, it would be to not only listen to the song, but also to what Okayu had to say to Gura. It isn't that long and it will melt your heart. One thing to remember is... Okayu doesn't really speak English and Gura isn't really that good in Japanese, but they were still abe to communicate. It's like 2 minutes more after the song at most and I'm sure you won't regret it.
When it comes to actual LIVE singing, Gura is on another level compared to the other hololove singers. It's unfortunate most these streams are unarchived.

Gura's karaokes are freaking amazing! You should listen to her covers of "Creep", "Somebody That I Used To Know" and "The A Team", the way she sings them is absolutely beautiful!

Kanata, the little angel, is long overdue for your consideration! Not only has she got one of the widest vocal ranges and can hold a high note for longer than humanly possible, she is also a composer, lyricist, and producer, while being completely deaf in one ear. She's great in every song she has done, original or cover, but for an angel-and-devil double whammy, try her duet "Madoromi" with Towa, the theme song for the video game version of "Deep Insanity Asylum"; they worked together on several songs, another standout is "Over Time". Her "The Narrow Way" is also highly recommended, where she sang both the male and female parts in this duet.
Gura's karaoke songs are a whole other rabbit hole to go down. Despite being entirely self-taught she earned the nickname "city pop shark" in her very first stream when she wowed us with a performance of "Ride on Time" and has been going strong ever since. From "Big Iron" to "I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas", from "What a Wonderful World" to "Renai Circulation" and from "The Last Stand" to "Fireflies", she has sung so many songs across so many genres, it's obvious how much she just loves music. And you can absolutely hear it.
For another fun karaoke cover I recommend Nanashi Mumei singing the gigachad theme, Can you Feel My Heart! It even has a duet version too with Ceres Fauna 🙂

She's such a great singer, and the stream that this particular song came from was WILD as it was the first time she'd brought out the red side, Gawr, her more aggressive persona. It was FANTASTIC! Also, thanks for the awesome reaction stream for the Hololive Countdown concert! Glad you had a lot of fun with it, as us Holo fans really enjoyed it as well. I know some people mentioned a watchalong for Holo Fes and basically what you can do (this is what many of the other Holo members who aren't participating in Fes do) is do a watchalong where you are watching and reacting to it but you don't show or play audio from it, and either you're watching it live alongside the rest of the world as it's airing or you can put a timer on the screen and let viewers sync to your so that they are watching it on their own screens as well. That way the people watching you are also watching the livestream or VOD of the concerts so both you and Hololive get the views simultaneously, though it does mean no pausing along the way so people can stay synced with your video. 😉 This is a pretty common way to watch big events like this, to where other Hololive members will do live watchalongs of other members' concerts or even doing movie watchalongs and such. Pretty easy to setup and they're super fun as a viewer as well, like a big movie night. Highly recommend it if you're so inclined, especially for Fes since Holo Fes is literally the biggest Hololive concert event of the year spanning 3 DAYS this year (about 3 hours each day), and with almost every Hololive member taking part. Can't wait for the Stellar Stellar reaction! Despite your little preview during the countdown stream, I know Suisei is gonna blow you away with that one. As I said before, it's an experience!

Not a rock cover, but new Holostars English member Banzoin Hakka debuted 3 days ago with a rock song with screamo parts in it, called 'Raven's Paradigm'. Totally unlike any other song in Hololive and I think it might be right up your alley.
Since it was basically HER Go-To SONG for some time i would actually say you have to check out her Country Roads cover (there is even a funny duet one with Calli), or just the HoloEN version of the song with the 5 Members of the Myth Gen

When you noticed the hair thingies it made me remember an animation in Gura's channel "get Shark'ed", wich shows her lore of arriving into the 'human world shore' and along other things she finds the hair thingies. Other animations I recomend are -"Myth's bad ending" by Mazumaru, 18 months of a single person working in the story and animation, to end with an exceptional video -Tripl3's animated clips (there're translations in he En channel), where he draws and animates segments of the lives of the girls
Gura's Karaoke content is always top notch. My favourite still has to be the Sea Shanty Karaoke, it was a LOT of fun. The only ladies in Hololive that can match Gura's Karaoke quality are Suisei and Moona. With Moona not doing any themed karaokes that I've seen, but she always goes for SOOO LONG, her average Karaoke is like 50 songs and she will sing anything from typical J-Pop, to Disney, to like Adelle and anything in between. Pretty much anything is on the table for her.
Gura is cute but at the same time she is chaotic she is actually pretty cultured especially when it comes to the memes but when she sings and she is actually serious she is a fantastic singer especially slow songs you have to check out a song called CREEP, a clip of of the songs she sang during her karaoke streams
guras singing has always been great. love it everytime i can catch one of her karaokes. one thing i want to say is when you get to the point you record suisei's stellar stellar it would be amazing if not only you did the original version but also the acoustic arranged version she released late last year. gives the song a whole different feel.
My metal song recommendation is マイロア (My Roar) from Towa. Unfortunately it doesn't have a music video, so no subtitles, but it can be best described as Towa does a song for the Doom games. It has a super heavy slappy bass and big mosh vibe. Also, Alice&U is sung by Ayunda Risu of Hololive Indonesia.
There are similar karaoke archive channels for Mumei - it's half impossible to catch her karaokes live because she literally does them randomly in the middle of the night. She is an owl after all.
I can recommend the Cover from Hakos Baelz - A Million Miles Away from the Anime Movie Belle, by far the most beautiful MV i have seen and heard. Or her beautiful Cover of Hontou no Oto from the Singer KOKIA, she has such a talent in singing emotional Songs.
Speaking of hololive you definitely should check out Hakos Baelz and her covers! She did a beautiful cover of Hontou no Oto and now she did a duett together with Towa called Blooming in the mud… It‘s a blessing for the ears and I shed tears listening to each of them!

If you want another fun "cover" to watch similar to this one, after you finally react to suisei's stellar stellar, Sakura Miko, a fellow hololive member loved it so much she has sung it multiple times. Someone strung together a quintet of her stellar stellar karaokes. It's a fun watch/listen.
It's fun when people do things like stitch together their karaoke streams. You can see some really fun collages of a lot of Holo members singing the same thing or even silly things like Watame singing Shin Takarajima in over 20 different streams in a huge multi-box display.

If Karaoke performances are on the table, there is definitely some interesting stuff around on the Holo EN side. Calli’s Eminem covers for instance are pretty fun. The red Gura is from one of my favorite of her karaoke streams. It was after her song Reflect came out and she wants to do an "edgy/aggro" kind of stream and messed around with her models chroma key to turn herself into Red Gura and was extra sassy thay night. She also sang the Eagle and the Boar. It was a fun night.
If either of them approach to the other one there is no doubt that they'll sing together, Gura is however really shy. I think you would really enjoy when she sang creep and eye of the tiger
I don't think you've got a lot of Matsuri suggestions yet so I recommend Matsuris cover of "Marigold" which I believe is one of the most underrated hololive songs and very rarely talked about.
Gawr Gura sings "Rockefeller Street" by Getter Jaani (four versions, including nightcore) is something to see, she sings it, them speeds the song up and sings it again until it won't go faster ^_^
You should totally take a look at Amane Kanata - Betsu Sekai. She's my favourite vocalist from hololive. Her voice is so flexible and in my opinion any songs would suit her.
Will keep looking forward to Stella Stella and Alice & u, as well as the Twitch votes reactions, but I would like to recommend Roboco's 『コトノハ』(kotonoha) or her " little bit". I know you recently watched the hololive 2022 - >2023 countdown concert and heard many of the talents voices for the first time and her voice seems to have caught your interest, others were Matsuri for which I recommend her cover "kokoronashi" and Fubuki and her song "say". There were a few others but I don't want to leave too long a list. I hope you find the chance to react to some of the other members soon, I am sure you will fall in love with them.
I have a recommendation, while I'm not very familiar with Hololive I am very familiar with the company's male counter part Holostars and they have in my opinion one of the most unique voice you can hear, his name is Kanade Izuru and he did a song with Suisei and another Holostars member called Astel, that song is called Cinema and it's really good they recently did a live performance of it for the new year with 3D models on stage (I'll put a link in the replies)

Not a rock cover, but new Holostars English member Banzoin Hakka debuted 3 days ago with a rock song with screamo parts in it, called 'Raven's Paradigm'. Totally unlike any other song in Hololive and I think it might be right up your alley.
Since it was basically HER Go-To SONG for some time i would actually say you have to check out her Country Roads cover (there is even a funny duet one with Calli), or just the HoloEN version of the song with the 5 Members of the Myth Gen

When you noticed the hair thingies it made me remember an animation in Gura's channel "get Shark'ed", wich shows her lore of arriving into the 'human world shore' and along other things she finds the hair thingies.
Other animations I recomend are
-"Myth's bad ending" by Mazumaru, 18 months of a single person working in the story and animation, to end with an exceptional video
-Tripl3's animated clips (there're translations in he En channel), where he draws and animates segments of the lives of the girls
Gura's Karaoke content is always top notch. My favourite still has to be the Sea Shanty Karaoke, it was a LOT of fun.
The only ladies in Hololive that can match Gura's Karaoke quality are Suisei and Moona. With Moona not doing any themed karaokes that I've seen, but she always goes for SOOO LONG, her average Karaoke is like 50 songs and she will sing anything from typical J-Pop, to Disney, to like Adelle and anything in between. Pretty much anything is on the table for her.
Did expect you to go to the Karaokes, but I love all of her Sabaton covers. Well all of her Karaoke are great imo.

Gura is cute but at the same time she is chaotic she is actually pretty cultured especially when it comes to the memes but when she sings and she is actually serious she is a fantastic singer especially slow songs you have to check out a song called CREEP, a clip of of the songs she sang during her karaoke streams
guras singing has always been great. love it everytime i can catch one of her karaokes.
one thing i want to say is when you get to the point you record suisei's stellar stellar it would be amazing if not only you did the original version but also the acoustic arranged version she released late last year. gives the song a whole different feel.
That echoed duet track is crazy to listen to XD. I don't remember hearing this version before so pretty cool all things considered.
My metal song recommendation is マイロア (My Roar) from Towa. Unfortunately it doesn't have a music video, so no subtitles, but it can be best described as Towa does a song for the Doom games. It has a super heavy slappy bass and big mosh vibe. Also, Alice&U is sung by Ayunda Risu of Hololive Indonesia.

There are similar karaoke archive channels for Mumei - it's half impossible to catch her karaokes live because she literally does them randomly in the middle of the night. She is an owl after all.

I can recommend the Cover from Hakos Baelz - A Million Miles Away from the Anime Movie Belle, by far the most beautiful MV i have seen and heard. Or her beautiful Cover of Hontou no Oto from the Singer KOKIA, she has such a talent in singing emotional Songs.
Speaking of hololive you definitely should check out Hakos Baelz and her covers!
She did a beautiful cover of Hontou no Oto and now she did a duett together with Towa called Blooming in the mud… It‘s a blessing for the ears and I shed tears listening to each of them!

It's fun when people do things like stitch together their karaoke streams. You can see some really fun collages of a lot of Holo members singing the same thing or even silly things like Watame singing Shin Takarajima in over 20 different streams in a huge multi-box display.

If Karaoke performances are on the table, there is definitely some interesting stuff around on the Holo EN side. Calli’s Eminem covers for instance are pretty fun. Gura’s karaoke streams are in particular a deep well though, especially as she is someone who sounds about as good live on stream as she does in studio,

The red Gura is from one of my favorite of her karaoke streams. It was after her song Reflect came out and she wants to do an "edgy/aggro" kind of stream and messed around with her models chroma key to turn herself into Red Gura and was extra sassy thay night. She also sang the Eagle and the Boar. It was a fun night.
If either of them approach to the other one there is no doubt that they'll sing together, Gura is however really shy.

I don't think you've got a lot of Matsuri suggestions yet so I recommend Matsuris cover of "Marigold" which I believe is one of the most underrated hololive songs and very rarely talked about.

You should totally take a look at Amane Kanata - Betsu Sekai. She's my favourite vocalist from hololive. Her voice is so flexible and in my opinion any songs would suit her.

I know you recently watched the hololive 2022 - >2023 countdown concert and heard many of the talents voices for the first time and her voice seems to have caught your interest, others were Matsuri for which I recommend her cover "kokoronashi" and Fubuki and her song "say". There were a few others but I don't want to leave too long a list.
I hope you find the chance to react to some of the other members soon, I am sure you will fall in love with them.
I have a recommendation, while I'm not very familiar with Hololive I am very familiar with the company's male counter part Holostars and they have in my opinion one of the most unique voice you can hear, his name is Kanade Izuru and he did a song with Suisei and another Holostars member called Astel, that song is called Cinema and it's really good they recently did a live performance of it for the new year with 3D models on stage (I'll put a link in the replies)
